ā ā ā ā ā Nach Terminvereinbarung wurde die Behandlung (ca. 2 min Aufwand) verweigert obwohl ich schon im Behandlungszimmer saĆ. An einem anderen Termin wurde mir von der Frau Doktor ein Rƶntgen empfohlen. Bei der Befundbesprechung teilt mir Herr Grotti mit das das Rƶntgen nicht notwendig gewesen wƤre und fĆ¼r diese Art von Beschwerden eine andere Diagnosemethode nƶtig ist.
After making an appointment, the treatment (approx. 2 min effort) was refused even though I was already sitting in the treatment room. At another appointment, the doctor recommended an x-ray to me. At the consultation, Mr. Grotti informed me that the x-ray would not have been necessary and that a different diagnostic method is necessary for this type of complaint.

ā ā ā ā ā Mein Hausarzt (Nachfolger von Dr. Oberzinner). Dr. Grotti ist ein sehr guter Arzt und kompetent in allen Belangen. Ich bin froh, dass es ihn gibt.
My family doctor (successor to Dr. Oberzinner). Dr. Grotti is a very good doctor and competent in all matters. I am glad that it exists.

ā ā ā ā ā Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Assistentin.
Mein Hausarzt hatte geschlossen, also wollte ich zu Dr. Grotti gehen (Grippe). Ich war - als ich noch in Weiler wohnte - immer hƶchst zufrieden.
Bei dem "Eingangscheck" meinte die Assistentin, ob Grotti nicht mein Hausarzt sei .. ich verneinte und nannte meinen Hausarzt - "fĆ¼r den machen wir keine Vertretung!" ECard in die Hand gedrĆ¼ckt, auf wiedersehen.
Ich rief dann bei Dr. Beer an, auch dieser wollte mich nicht drannehmen.
Verstehe ich es falsch, dass es PFLICHT eines Arztes ist, dem Menschen zu helfen?
Und das FREIE Arztwahl besteht?
My rating relates to the assistant.
My family doctor was closed, so I wanted to see Dr. Go to grottos (flu). When I was still living in Weiler, I was always extremely satisfied.
At the "incoming check" the assistant said whether Grotti was not my family doctor .. I said no and called my family doctor - "we're not going to represent him!" ECard in hand, goodbye.
I then called Dr. Beer on, he didn't want to take me either.
Am I misunderstanding that it is a doctor's DUTY to help people?
And there is FREE choice of doctor?

ā ā ā ā ā Also das es ein Arzt ist wo seine Aufgabe erfĆ¼llt ist nicht abzustreiten.
Allerdings den Umgang mit den Patienten so gestalten wie wenn sie nur eine Nummer sind wofĆ¼r nur 5-6 Min zeit eingerechnet ist, und dies einem auch noch sehr direkt und energisch ins gesicht gesagt wird als man sich entscheiden soll wegen z.b. zu welchem arzt man Ć¼berwiesen werden will, Ist auch trotz corona kein umgang mit Patienten die sich einem Arzt ƶffnen wollen und in ihm eine Vertauensperson sehen.

However, treat the patient as if they are just a number for which only 5-6 minutes are included, and this is also said to you very directly and energetically when you are supposed to decide because of e.g. Which doctor you want to be referred to is not dealing with patients who want to open up to a doctor and see him as someone they trust, even in spite of the corona.

ā ā ā ā ā 1 Stern gibt es fĆ¼r die wirklich wunderschƶne,neue Ordination! (Hier wĆ¼rde ich auch 5 geben!)
FĆ¼r die Art, Unfreundlichkeit wie man behandelt wird, ist ein Stern noch viel zu viel!!!
Damit sind nicht die Angestellten gemeint!
There is 1 star for the really beautiful, new ordination! (Here I would also give 5!)
One star is far too much for the way you are treated unkindly!

The staff didn't manage to pick up the phone after 30 calls. Gave it up after that

Rude lady at the registration, not reachable by phone and a heartless, quick treatment...
