Was nicht selbst produziert wird, kommt ausschließlich von anderen Bioproduzenten. Hier gibt es Kühe mit Hörnern, glückliche Hühner und Schweine bei denen man beim wachsen zuschauen kann. Grünfutter und genug Auslauf. Die ganze Familie lebt diese Philosophie. Hier wird auch mit anderen Biobauern zusammen gearbeitet. A family run organic farm. Always fresh products. There are also semi-finished and finished products. Everything created by yourself. Completely transparent. What is not produced in-house only comes from other organic producers. There are cows with horns, happy chickens and pigs where you can watch them grow. Green fodder and enough exercise. The whole family lives this philosophy. It also works with other organic farmers.

Wir konnten im Rahmen einer Führung alle Felder, den mobilen Hühnerstall, die Tierzucht und den Hofladen genauer unter die Lupe nehmen - und natürlich gleich jede Menge an Gemüse und verarbeiteten Produkten mit Heim nehmen. Ideal auch für Familien, um den Kindern einerseits zu zeigen, woher Lebensmittel eigentlich kommen (sollten) und andererseits auch gleich die Wichtigkeit von Höfen und dem Direktkonsum beizubringen! Great organic farm! As part of a guided tour, we were able to take a closer look at all the fields, the mobile chicken coop, the animal breeding and the farm shop - and, of course, take home a whole host of vegetables and processed products. Ideal for families, on the one hand to show the children where food actually comes from (should) and on the other hand to teach the importance of farms and direct consumption!

Man merkt die Liebe zum Handwerk, zur Natur, zu den Tieren die hier stark zum spüren kommt. Ein ganz spezieller und einzigartiger Flair... HUT ab hier wird noch viel tolles entstehen.... ?? Where do I start, where do I end ... The quality of the products offered, simply top notch. One notices the love for handicraft, for nature, for the animals, which is strongly felt here. A very special and unique flair ... HUT from here on there will be a lot more great things ... ??
