H	Heidi Bu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich hätte sie keinen Stern verdient, absolut null Empathie, geschweige denn, dass Fr Dr zuhören kann! Wirkt beim erzählen der Symptome sehr herablassend und desinteressiert Die einzig freundliche Person in dieser Praxis ist Sabine! Enorm hohe Wartezeiten inklusive! War bei ihr wegen eines Infektes, hatte sage und schreibe 2 Patienten vor mir und habe fast 3h gebraucht um diese Praxis wieder zu verlassen.. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass man nicht krank wird und ich suche von nun an einen anderen Arzt auf! Actually, she would not deserve a star, absolutely zero empathy, let alone that Fr Dr can listen! Acts very condescending and disinterested in telling the symptoms The only friendly person in this practice is Sabine! Huge waiting times included! Was with her because of an infection, had an incredible 2 patients in front of me and took almost 3 hours to leave this practice again .. Since one can only hope that one does not get sick and I search from now on another doctor!
E	Edith Pfifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann auch als (nur) Vertretungspatientin diese tolle Ärztin und ihre superfreundliche Arztassistentin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Während der gesamten Zeit bei beiden Tagen meiner Infusionen kamen beide öfters nachfragen, ob alles passt, wirkten zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, den Arztbesuch so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Bereits am Sonntag und dann am Dienstagabend, als die Ordinationszeit schon deutlich überschritten war, spürte ich keinerlei Hektik , Unwillen oder Anspannung . Da ich selbst Ordinationsassistentin war und jetzt in Pension bin, kenne ich beide Perspektiven. Deshalb von Herzen aus Erfahrung und Überzeugung nur weiterzuempfehlen. Sehr kompetent, sehr geduldig, sehr zuvorkommend. Deshalb die Höchstnote für beide. As a (only) substitute patient, I can only warmly recommend this great doctor and her super-friendly doctor's assistant. During the entire time on both days of my infusions, both of them often asked whether everything was going well, seemed courteous and tried very hard to make the visit to the doctor as pleasant as possible. Already on Sunday and then on Tuesday evening, when the ordination time was clearly exceeded, I did not feel any hectic, unwillingness or tension. Since I was an ordination assistant myself and am now retired, I know both perspectives. Therefore I can only recommend it from the bottom of my heart out of experience and conviction. Very competent, very patient, very courteous. Therefore the highest grade for both.
p	pitbull 41 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15:40 Uhr einen Termin bekommen fast über 40 Minuten vergangen es wurden sogar Patienten nach mir dran genommen, bin danach natürlich verärgert gegangen!! Wegen einer Führerscheinkontrolle solange warten und noch andere die nach dir kommen sollen vor dir dran kommen ganz sicher nicht!! Wenn 0 sterne geben würde dann 0 aber da ich 1 Stern geben muss bekommen die 1 Stern! 3:40 p.m. an appointment almost 40 minutes passed, even patients were taken after me, of course I went annoyed afterwards !! Because of a driver's license check wait as long and others who are supposed to come after you will definitely not come !! If 0 stars would give 0 but since I have to give 1 star they get 1 star!
M	Melissa k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versteh nicht warum viele so negativ von ihr denken, die Frau Doktor nimmt sich Zeit für jeden, darum kommt es zu warte Zeiten, wäre euch ein Arzt lieber wo sich nicht um euch kümmert, und nicht weiterhilft? Ich geh immer wieder gerne zu Ihr, weil sie mir verschiedene Tipps gibt die mir weiterhelfen. Es ist logisch das sie sich besser aus kennt, sie hat es ja studiert? Sie versucht nur ihr Wissen uns weiter zugeben. Aufjedenfall 5 Sterne verdient ❤️ I do not understand why many think so negatively of her, the doctor takes time for everyone, that is why there are waiting times, would you prefer a doctor who does not take care of you and does not help? I always like to go to her because she gives me various tips that help me. It is logical that she knows her way around, did she study it? She just tries to pass on her knowledge to us. Definitely 5 stars ❤️

L	Leonie Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhöflich und respektlos, ihre fachliche kompetenz ist fragwürdig, hat meiner mama etwas verschrieben gegen das sie hochalergisch ist, weiß vom einen auf den anderen tag nicht mehr was sie diagnostiziert hat, sehr lange Wartezeiten trotz termin usw… rude and disrespectful, your professional competence is questionable, has prescribed something for my mum that she is highly allergic to, from one day to the next no longer knows what she diagnosed, very long waiting times despite the appointment, etc ...

(Weiß gar nicht wie die das aushalten mit der zu arbeiten) Nach 1,5 Stunden warte Zeit nur unhöfliche Bemerkungen, sie nimmt einen nicht mal für Ernst. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei ihr war, da kann ich noch so krank sein, bleib ich lieber daheim. Auch meine anderen Familienmitglieder haben den Hausarzt gewechselt. 0 stars are more likely! Very disrespectful to the patient and the nice other two employees. (Don't even know how they can stand working with them) After 1.5 hours of waiting only rude remarks, they don't even take you seriously. That was the last time I was with her, no matter how sick I am, I prefer to stay at home. My other family members have also changed family doctors.
