★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde mit Grippe wieder nach Hause geschickt, weil Mittwochnachmittags auf einmal nur noch Vorsorgeuntersuchungen mit Termin gemacht werden. Auch konnte keine Auskunft darüber gegeben werden, ob ein anderer Arzt in der Nähe Patienten annimmt. Vielleicht wäre eine Homepage vorteilhaft, auf der solche Informationen nachzulesen sind, bevor man sich auf den Weg macht.
Ansonsten aber eine gute Ärztin.
Was sent home with the flu because Wednesday afternoons are suddenly only screened for appointments. It was also not possible to provide information about whether another doctor in the vicinity was accepting patients. Perhaps it would be advantageous to have a homepage on which such information can be read before you set off.
Otherwise a good doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin ist wirklich super und hört einem bei den Problemen auch wirklich zu.
ABER die Damen an der Rezeption sind sowas von unfreundlich und habe absolut kein Verständnis für irgendwas. Allein wegen den Damen bei der Rezeption würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.
The doctor is really great and really listens to you when you have problems.
BUT the ladies at the front desk are so unfriendly and have absolutely no understanding for anything. I wouldn't go back just because of the ladies at reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christiane ist Ärztin mit Leib und Seele, bei ihr ist es nicht nur ein Beruf, sondern Berufung. Sie ist feinfühlig und hat viele Jahre im Krankenhaus und als Notfallmedizinerin Erfahrung gesammelt und ist bestens vernetzt. Tolle Frau!
Christiane is a doctor with body and soul, for her it's not just a job, but a calling. She is sensitive and has many years of experience in hospital and as an emergency doctor and is well connected. Great woman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Brandverletzungen wird man abgewiesen , ich soll zu einer anderen Ärztin bei der ich noch nie war, bei Kaufmann schon öfters, nur Termine ...wegen dem Virus, heute keine mehr. Die Praxis leer eine Patientin wartet. Bei der anderen Ärztin Praxis übervoll, keine neuen Patienten werden angenommen. Gut dass der Apotheker noch arbeitet und das richtige Verbandszeug gibt. Evtl. Antibiotika? Noch 3 Tage warten...Der Arzt ist sonst OK nur die heutige Praxisassistentin wirklich nicht.
With burn injuries you are turned away, I am supposed to see another doctor whom I have never seen before, with Kaufmann several times, only appointments ... because of the virus, none today. The practice is empty waiting for a patient. The other doctor's office is overflowing, no new patients are accepted. It's good that the pharmacist is still working and giving the right bandages. Possibly. Antibiotics? Wait 3 more days ... The doctor is otherwise OK, only today's practice assistant is really not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Grund meiner gemachten Erfahrungen möchte ich die Frau Doktor als sehr kompetent und erfahren bezeichnen. Wenn die Sprechstundenhilfen von einigen Personen als unfreundlich bezeichnet werden, habe ich genau das Gegenteil festgestellt. Sie sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Based on the experiences I have made, I would like to describe the Frau Doktor as very competent and experienced. When the consultation hours are described as unfriendly by some people, I have found exactly the opposite. They are always friendly and helpful.
