Eigentlich hatte sie bis 12 Uhr „offen“. Personal sehr unfreundlich!!! Was operated the day before and was there because of a sick leave because my doctor was on vacation, at 11:20 it says we have recording stop! Actually, she had "open" until 12 o'clock. Staff very rude !!!

Die Ordination ist Montag bis Freitag geöffnet und hat Montag und Mittwoch auch nachmittags geöffnet. Frau Dr. Trojovsky ist sehr verständnisvoll und hat gutes Fachwissen. Von einfachen Blutuntersuchungen bis zur gesamten Gesundenuntersuchung sowie Infusionen wird alles angeboten.Ich kann sie sehr empfehlen. From reception to the doctor, you are in good hands here. You don't have to make an appointment, but depending on the number of people you have to wait a bit. The office is open Monday through Friday and is also open Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Miss Dr. Trojovsky is very understanding and has good expertise. From simple blood tests to full health tests and infusions, everything is offered, and I highly recommend them.

M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich sollte es aufgrund der Corona-Situation derzeit möglich sein, dass man für ein benötigtes Medikament nur einen Anruf tätigen muss und das gewünschte Rezept auf die eCard gebucht wird, um so den derzeitigen Gang für ein simples Rezept zum Arzt zu vermeiden. Bei Dr. Trojovsky scheitert dies jedoch an der nicht kompetenten und teils sehr unfreundlichen und abweisenden Art der Assistentinnen! Da wird einem der Rückruf der Ärztin versprochen, welche sich jedoch nie zurück meldet. Ewig muss man warten bis ein Anruf entgegenkommen wird, um dann noch unfreundlich am Telefon behandelt und rasch abgewickelt zu werden! Auch das Thema Krankenstand ist bei dieser Ärztin jedesmal ein großes und anscheinend dramatisches Thema, da macht sich die Ärztin mehr zugunsten der Firma um die Krankenstandstage sorgen, als um die ordentliche Genesung des Patienten. Für ein privates Trascherl mit bekannten Patienten bleibt immer genügend Zeit, für wirklich dringende Anliegen gibt's dann die berühmten vorgeschriebenen Minuten. Danke, aber es wurde nun zu einem kompetenteren Team gewechselt. Egal wie die Ärztin ist, davor müsste man bei dieser Person vorbei gehen. The incompetent secretary was so unfriendly and rude on the phone that I didn't make an appointment after all. No matter what the doctor is like, you would have to see this person first.

Die Kritik mancher dass die Damen am Schalter unfreundlich sind kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und ich habe eher das Gegenteil erlebt. Alles in allem kann ich die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen. Very competent and friendly staff. In addition, you have hardly any waiting times if you register in advance. I cannot understand the criticism of some that the ladies at the counter are unfriendly and I experienced the opposite. All in all, I can only recommend the practice.
