J	Jacqueline Zotter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin in Ordination am 18.11. war soweit in Ordnung,kleine Hoppalas beim Blutabnehmen weil anscheinend umgeräumt wurde. An diesem Tag hat mir Dr. Kunstfeld zugesichert die Befundbesprechung telefonisch machen zu können,weil ich von Niederösterreich 1,75 Stunden pendle. Bis heute wurden meine Befunde nicht besprochen obwohl ich 3x angerufen sowie eine Email geschickt habe. Niemand hat sich bei mir entschuldigt oder gemeldet. War ein teurer Spaß. Appointment in ordination on November 18. was okay so far, little hopscotch when taking blood because apparently it was rearranged. That day, Dr. Kunstfeld promises to be able to discuss the findings over the phone because I commute 1.75 hours from Lower Austria. To date, my findings have not been discussed even though I called 3 times and sent an email. Nobody apologized or reported to me. It was expensive fun.
