I think the team is great but it can't be that I call 30 times and nobody answers. Nothing rings and then the phone is hung up or it doesn't ring at all.
S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nun schon bei verschiedenen ÄrztInnen der Gruppenpraxis und wurde immer sehr toll behandelt. Alle haben sich Zeit genommen, nachgeforscht und waren rundum sehr freundlich - wie auch das gesamte Team. Soweit ich weiß gibt es erst seit Corona die Pflicht, jedes Mal einen genauen Termin auszumachen - was auch vollkommen verständlich ist, damit im Wartezimmer nicht zu viele Leute auf einmal sind. Man bekommt hier immer sehr schnell einen Termin, einmal sogar schneller als ich zeitlich dort sein hätte können :-) Vorort habe ich bisher nur einmal lange warten müssen (ca. 2 Stunden), ansonsten kam ich immer spätestens nach 30min dran. Der einzige Minuspunkt für mich ist die Telefonleitung, die gefühlt jedes Mal, wenn ich anrufe, besetzt ist oder "nicht erreicht werden kann" laut Ansage. Dafür ziehe ich keinen Stern ab, aber es wäre schön, wenn sich die Praxis hier vielleicht etwas einfallen lassen könnte. Ich hab dieses Problem auch schon von anderen Patienten im Wartezimmer mitbekommen, also liegt es wohl nicht an mir bzw. meiner Leitung :-) Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Praxis und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen! I have now been to various doctors in the group practice and have always been treated very well. Everyone took their time, researched and were very friendly all round - as was the entire team. As far as I know, there has only been an obligation to make an exact appointment every time since Corona - which is also perfectly understandable, so that there are not too many people in the waiting room at once. You always get an appointment here very quickly, once even faster than I could have been there in time :-) So far, I've only had to wait a long time on site (about 2 hours), otherwise my turn was always at the latest after 30 minutes. The only negative point for me is the telephone line, which felt every time I call, is busy or "cannot be reached" according to the announcement. I don't deduct a star for that, but it would be nice if the practice could come up with something here. I've already noticed this problem from other patients in the waiting room, so it's probably not because of me or my management :-) All in all, I am very satisfied with the practice and can only recommend it!

Wartezeiten, selbst ohne Termin gibt es nicht, da mehrere Ärzte praktizieren. Unser Eindruck: "sehr Positiv" Horst & Helga We moved from Germany to Vienna and needed a new family doctor. We were welcomed in a super friendly manner by the ladies at the front desk. There are no waiting times, even without an appointment, as several doctors practice. Our impression: "very positive" Horst & Helga
P	Philipp Matousovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 03/2021 zufriedener Patient bei der Praxis Donaufeld und hab noch nie so ein engagiertes und gut organisiertes Team erlebt. Auf Anfragen, egal ob via Kontaktformular oder die direkte Terminbuchung, hab ich binnen weniger Stunden eine Rückmeldung und letztlich auch kurzfristig einen Termin erhalten. Selbst bei brechend vollem Wartezimmer musste ich (mit Termin) nie länger als 10-15 Minuten warten und der Arzt bzw. die Ärztin nahm sich wirklich viel Zeit, sodass ich nie das Gefühl hatte "abgefertigt und rausgeschubst" zu werden. Die kritischen und teilweise beleidigenden Kommentare hier kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Meiner Meinung zeugen diese davon, dass man das Terminmanagement-System der Praxis offenbar nicht verstanden hat. Ein kleines Manko ist nämlich, dass die wirklich toll und übersichtlich gestaltete Homepage nur in Deutsch verfügbar ist. I have been a satisfied patient at the Donaufeld practice since 03/2021 and have never seen such a committed and well-organized team. In response to inquiries, whether via the contact form or direct appointment booking, I received a response within a few hours and, ultimately, an appointment at short notice. Even when the waiting room was packed, I never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes (with an appointment) and the doctor really took a lot of time so that I never had the feeling of being "dispatched and pushed out". I cannot understand the critical and sometimes insulting comments here. In my opinion, these show that one apparently did not understand the appointment management system in practice. A small drawback is that the really great and clearly designed homepage is only available in German.
N	N.P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor ca. einem Monat hatte ich Bauchschmerzen und wollte mich für zwei bis drei Tage Krank schreiben lassen. Als ich dort angerufen habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass ich einen PCR-Test bräuchte um die Krankmeldung zu erhalten. Erst wird von Distanz die ganze Zeit geredet, jetzt auf einmal PCR-Test. Die ganze Zeit wurde darauf beharrt dass man einen PCR-Test bäuchte obwohl es eigentlich auch telefonisch ginte. Anscheinend kann kommen was wolle, hat man keinen PCR-Test, wird man nicht Krank gemeldet und schon gar nicht Untersucht. Anschließend habe ich einen anderen Artz angerufen und bei ihm ging alles Reibungslos, telefonisch alles abgewickelt. So etwas nenne ich " unterlassene Hilfeleistung" und eigentlich sollte ich diese Ärztin verklagen. Ich rate einen jeden ab diese Ärztin zu besuchen, eine Frechheit und Zumutung zugleich !! About a month ago I had a stomach ache and wanted to take sick leave for two to three days. When I called there, I was told that I needed a PCR test to get the sick note. First, distance is talked about all the time, now suddenly a PCR test. The whole time they insisted that you need a PCR test, even though it actually worked over the phone. Apparently, come what may, if you don't have a PCR test, you won't be reported sick and certainly not examined. Then I called another doctor and everything went smoothly for him, everything was handled over the phone. That's what I call "failure to provide assistance" and actually I should sue this doctor. I advise everyone from visiting this doctor, a cheek and impertinence at the same time!

C	Camille Zn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Malus is a trustable, very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Advised me twice remotely when I was ill. She was once able to diagnose me better via Skype than the local doctor I had seen in person, who had misdiagnosed me and prescribed me the wrong medications.
