Ich habe eine Nachricht auf der Website erfolgreich gesendet. Später habe ich auf Mobilbox eine Nachricht von der Ordination bekommen: “Sie sind nicht gekommen und sollten einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen”. Solche Erfahrung habe ich noch nie gehabt. Meine Familie und auch Freunde sind ebenso bei Ihr und ich kann Sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für mich die beste Zahnärztin. Kein Problem, dass Sie nicht mit Ihrer Expertise zur vollen Zufriedenheit lösen konnte. Es ist eine kleine persönliche Ordination. Einfach eine E-Mail schreiben. Das funktioniert immer bestens zwecks Terminen. Mir ist das lieber als in überfüllten unpersönlichen Ordinationen zu sitzen, wo weder die nötige Expertise noch eine wertschätzende persönliche Ebene herrscht. Alles richtig gemacht.
