Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Außerdem gibt es keine Wartezeiten und bei Schmerzen sofortigen Termin. Seit ich zu Dr. Werner geh habe ich keine Angst vorm Zahnarzt! Dr. Werner is at the cutting edge of technology and takes an enormous amount of time for the patient to provide him with the best possible care. Eine Krone war gebrochen - Möglichkeit eines Stiftzahns stand im Raum (am Oberkiefer in Kieferhöhlennähe keine erfreuliche Option). Die Empfehlung wurde ausgesprochen, weil ein Problemzahn des Kollegen gerettet werden konnte. Und so war es auch bei mir: Der Zahn konnte von Dr. Werner erfreulicherweise erhalten werden, das Ergebnis sieht sehr gut aus und hält nun schon ein paar Jahre! Seitdem bin ich regelmäßig für die Zahnhygiene bei Frau Schalkshorn, fühle mich bestens betreut und habe dadurch auch keine weiteren Zahnprobleme mehr. Vielen Dank hierfür! Ich bin in der Praxis von Herrn Dr. Werner oder auch am Telefon immer sehr freundlich und kompetent behandelt worden. Generell war ich noch nie so zufrieden mit einem Zahnarzt. Dr. Werner als Patient und war/bin immer zufrieden gewesen. Dr. Werner und sein Team nehmen sich viel Zeit für die Patienten und sind sehr bemüht um Wohlstand der Patienten. Ich bin sehr dankbar für alles. Das ganze Team, vom Empfang über die Assistentinnen, Technikerin bis hin zu den Arzt sind kompetent und einfühlsam. Über die Jahre hat Dr. Werner alle meine Füllungen durch Keramik-Inlays ersetzt - und noch kein einziges Mal kam es dabei zu irgendwelchen Problemen. Nach so langer Zeit glaube ich beurteilen zu können: Die Qualität seiner Arbeit ist durchwegs großartig. In den letzten Jahren komme ich eigentlich nur noch zur Kontrolle und Mundhygiene. Auch mit der Mundhygiene von Frau Schalkshorn war ich bisher immer zufrieden. Dass man auch mit einer selbst als "Notfall" empfundenen Lappalie kurzfristig eingeschoben und dann noch verständnisvoll behandelt werden kann, habe ich heute erleben dürfen. My wife had inflammation of a tooth started shortly before we left and we needed urgent dental help. It was getting serious with high temperature and swelling of a cheek. Insurance company were struggling to book an appointment with a dentist on very short notice. I found Dr. Werner in Google Maps and, despite being fully booked, he was very kind to find a timeslot for us. He thoroughly examined the problem and helped my wife make it to our dental clinic at home. Thanks a lot Dr. Werner, you literally saved my wife in a critical situation!
