K	Kathrin Fahrngruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte heute den Termin zum 3D Scan und muss sagen, dass ich wirklich sehr zufrieden bin. Der Termin dauerte keine 30 Minuten, ich musste überhaupt nicht warten und wurde auch von relevanten Themen vorweg informiert. Der Scan selbst war überhaupt nicht unangenehm oder ähliches. Die Schritte, die an den 3D Scan folgen, wurden mir anschließend genau dargelegt. Ich bin bis jetzt somit super zufrieden. I had the appointment for the 3D scan today and I have to say that I am really very satisfied. The appointment lasted less than 30 minutes, I didn't have to wait at all and was informed in advance of relevant topics. The scan itself wasn't uncomfortable or anything like that at all. The steps that follow the 3D scan were then explained to me in detail. So far I am very satisfied.
P	Philipp Oppel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut war: bin gleich drangekommen und es ging echt schnell. Die Praxis ist wirklich schön und Formulare konnten dort direkt elektronisch ausgeführt werden. Die Mitarbeiterin hat auch alles was ich wissen wollte sehr gut erklärt. Verbesserungswürdig war: Ich fand die Praxis etwas schwer zu finden, da nirgends etwas von Dr. Smile steht. Ist auf jeden Fall in diesem Einkaufszentrum die einzige Zahnarztpraxis. Der Bildschirm vom Scan ist irgendwie öfter nach unten gekippt, was etwas irritiert hat. Fazit: Tut auf jeden Fall etwas weh, weil sie mit einem Scanner Stift im Mund herumfahren, während er von einem Spreitzer aufgemacht wird, aber ist beim Zahnarzt normal etwas zu spüren :) Bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis, kenne diese Scan Technologie noch nicht und werde das Review noch erweitern. Was good: I got there right away and it went really quickly. The practice is really nice and forms could be carried out electronically directly there. The employee also explained everything I wanted to know very well. The following was in need of improvement: I found the practice a little difficult to find as nothing from Dr. Smile stands. Definitely the only dentist's office in this mall. The screen from the scan somehow tilted downwards a lot, which was a bit irritating. Conclusion: It definitely hurts because you drive around with a scanner pen in your mouth while it is opened by a spreader, but it is normal to feel something at the dentist :) I'm curious about the result, don't know this scan technology yet and will expand the review.
O	Olivera Khawaled on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin leider gar nicht zufrieden, meine vorderen Zähne sind zwar etwas gerader geworden jedoch hat sich bei den vorderen Zähnen und bei meinem Schneidezahn unten so eine Welle gebildet. Das heisst die 3 Zähne sind unten nicht gerade sondern wellig. Der Kollege von Dr.smile hatte gestern ein webcam Gespräch mit mir und wollte mich tatsächlich überzeugen dass dies schon vor meiner Behandlung war obwohl ich Fotos habe wo man klar und deutlich sieht das das nicht so war. Morgen habe ich diesbezüglich einen persönlichen Termin. Bin neugierig Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied, my front teeth have become a bit straighter, but a wave has formed in the front teeth and my incisor below. That means the 3 teeth are not straight at the bottom but wavy. Dr. smile's colleague had a webcam conversation with me yesterday and actually wanted to convince me that this was before my treatment, although I have photos where you can clearly see that this was not the case. I have a personal appointment tomorrow. I am curious

I scheduled an appointment for my son that's almost 16 years old and arrived to the appointment only to be told that this service is only available from age 18. What a disgrace not to be informed. I guess you get what you pay for...The receptionist at the desk claimed that it wasn't her fault because she's only here to do the scans and the company is based in Germany so I should just have it out with them...

Loved the free shuttle service offered, there and back for 1st timers, as well as the constant before and after sms & email updates and reminders. Everything very efficiently run with much care and caring. Lovely experience so far!
