g	genius universalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 und halb Monate auf ein Termin gewartet und dann beim Termin fast 1 Std gewartet plus der Vertretungsarzt war da und nicht die Fr Dr Heinrich, der Vertretungsarzt hatte absolut keine Ahnung und die Assistentinen haben ihn die ganze Zeit verbessert. Insgesamt war die Behandlung und Beratung eine Katastrophe. Kann ich einfach nicht weiterempfehlen !! Waited 1 and a half months for an appointment and then waited almost 1 hour for the appointment plus the substitute doctor was there and not the Dr Heinrich, the substitute doctor had absolutely no idea and the assistants improved him all the time. Overall, the treatment and advice was a disaster. I just can't recommend it!

Die junge Frau im Wartezimmer wirkte nicht sehr interessiert oder kompetent, sondern eher genervt! Dann war auch noch ein Vertretungsarzt statt Frau Dr. da, was wenn ich zu einer Frau Dr. möchte? Eine tel. Info wäre angebracht gewesen! Bin unverrichteter Dinge gegangen! Leider kostete mich dieser unnötige Termin mehrere Stunden meiner Zeit! Kann leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Despite the appointment that I had agreed weeks before, I was granted a waiting period of at least 1 hour. The young woman in the waiting room did not seem very interested or competent, but rather annoyed! Then there was also a substitute doctor instead of Dr. med. there, what if I go to see a woman would like to? A tel. Info would have been appropriate! I left unread things! Unfortunately, this unnecessary appointment cost me several hours of my time! Unfortunately, can not make a recommendation.

J	Jay Sterling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bislang immer sehr gute Erfahrungen dort gemacht. Fachlich sowohl menschlich. Auch die Kolleginnen am Empfang sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Wartezeit hat man (trotz Termin) leider mittlerweile bei allen Ärzten in Österreich. Es ist illusorisch, sich etwas anderes zu erwarten und sich daher zu beschweren (der richtige Adressat für diese Kritik wäre an der Wahlurne zu finden). So far always very good experiences there. Professionally and humanly. The colleagues at the reception are always very helpful. Unfortunately, all doctors in Austria have a waiting time (despite an appointment). It is illusory to expect something different and therefore to complain (the correct addressee for this criticism would be found in the ballot box).

Es war durchaus wert, etwas länger warten zu müssen, denn die 3 Damen sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl und Frau Doktor Heinrich ist kompetent und interessiert. Ich kann diese Ordination mit ihrem gutenTeam jedem empfehlen ! My appointment would have been in about a week, but since my complaints were very acute, they happily made me. It was well worth having to wait a little longer, because the 3 ladies are extremely friendly and courteous. You feel comfortable from the first moment and Frau Doktor Heinrich is competent and interested. I can recommend this ordination with your good team to everyone!

Ihr Diagnose war noch jedes Mal genau richtig und sie hat das Herz am rechten Fleck! Super ist auch: ihre OP-Nähte sind nach ein paar Monaten fast nicht mehr zu sehen! Toll! Outstanding! Dr Heinrich was always competent, sensitive, quick and prudent. Her diagnosis was exactly right every time and she has her heart in the right place! It's also great: after a few months, your surgical sutures are almost invisible! Great!

I had an emergency and needed an urgent appointment. The secretary is super nice and gave me an appointment. I've heard good things about the doctor.

Daraufhin bin ich zu einem Privatarzt gegangen, der sich genug Zeit für mich genommen und eine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden hat. I waited 1.5 months for my appointment to be sent back home after 1 minute of "assessment" and without a solution. “There is nothing more you can do about that” it was said. Then I went to a private doctor who took enough time for me and found a solution to my problem.
