M	Monika Buresch (LadyShalltear) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohne nicht weit weg von der Praxis, und brauchte dringend Hilfe, nachdem ich schonmal den Eingang nicht gefunden hatte ,rief ich an um nachzufragen daraufhin erklärte mir die ordinationshilfe das die Ärztin mich nicht empfangen wolle, weil ich zu weit weg wohne (10min Fußweg!! ) Sie war aber sehr nett und wies mich auf die Seite der Ärztekammer hin, wo ich mir ja schnell einen anderen suchen solle. Ich fand das sehr grausam. I don't live far from the practice and urgently needed help after I hadn't found the entrance before, I called to inquire, then the ordination assistance explained to me that the doctor would not see me because I live too far away (10min walk! !) But she was very nice and pointed me to the medical association's website, where I should quickly find another one. I found that very cruel.
D	Dietmar Schöbitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Zach ist eine ausgezeichnete und geduldige Arztin, die sich für jeden Patienten die Zeit nimmt die er braucht und beantwortet auch ausführliche Fragen. Die daraus resultierenden langen Wartezeiten nehme ich dafür herzlichst gerne in Kauf, man wird bei der Anmeldung auch darauf aufmerksam gemacht wie lange es dauern könnte und kann derweil andere Dinge erledigen. Dr. Zach is an excellent and patient doctor who takes the time that every patient needs and answers detailed questions. I am happy to accept the resulting long waiting times, when you register you will also be made aware of how long it could take and you can do other things in the meantime.

Die längeren Wartezeiten nehme ich deshalb gerne in Kauf. Miss Dr. Zach is a very competent and sensitive doctor who always takes enough time. Wherever necessary, she also speaks to one's conscience. I therefore gladly accept the longer waiting times.

Ich habe sie noch nie schlecht gelaunt erlebt und was die Wartezeit betrifft, kann man das nur als Kompliment werten, wie beliebt sie ist. Für mich simply the Best!! For almost sixteen years, Dr. Zach my general practitioner. Very empathetic, highly competent and really cares about the wellbeing of their patients. I've never seen her in a bad mood and when it comes to the waiting time, you can only compliment it on how popular she is. For me simply the best !!
D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wirklich mehr als begeistert von Fr. Dr. Zach! Selten - bzw noch nie - so eine kompetente Hausärztin getroffen, ich fühl mich so gut aufgehoben bei ihr! Sie nimmt sich Zeit, konnte mir bisher bei all meinen Fragen und Problemen helfen, auch jenen, die nicht in ihr „Fachgebiet“ fallen (Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden, Hautprobleme etc) und man eigentlich einen Facharzt aufsuchen müsste. Sie greift nicht sofort zu Medikamenten, bietet tolle und wirksame Alternativen an, überlegt sich wirklich gut was sie einem rät, was helfen könnte, zwingt einem keine Placebo/unnötigen Tabletten bei Grippe und co auf! Ein riesen Minuspunkt für all jene, die noch kein Patient bei ihr sind: sie nimmt nur noch neue Patienten aus den Gasometern (wie man aus den schlechten Bewertungen herauslesen kann), generell sind die Wartezeiten etwas länger, aber das nehme ich bei ihr sehr gerne in Kauf! Wirklich top! I am really more than enthusiastic about Ms. Zach! Seldom - or never - met such a competent family doctor, I feel so well taken care of with her! She takes her time and has so far been able to help me with all my questions and problems, including those that do not fall into her “specialty” (pregnancy complaints, skin problems, etc.) and you would actually have to consult a specialist. She does not immediately take medication, offers great and effective alternatives, thinks really carefully about what she advises you, what could help, does not force placebo / unnecessary tablets on you for flu and the like! A huge minus point for all those who are not yet a patient with her: she only takes new patients from the gasometers (as you can see from the bad reviews), generally the waiting times are a little longer, but I am very happy to take that with her in purchase! Really great!
