M	Martin Kana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man einen Termin für eine Kontrolle braucht und lange warten kann, geht in Ordnung. Bei Notfällen und Zahnschmerzen muss man allerdings wochenlang warten, auch wenn man bei Herrn Mulik regelmäßig zur Kontrollen ging. Das ist dann leider nicht so toll. Bin schon woanders ohne Probleme registriert :) If you need an appointment for a check-up and can wait a long time, that's fine. In emergencies and toothache, however, you have to wait for weeks, even if you went to Mr. Mulik's regular checkups. Unfortunately, that's not great. I'm already registered elsewhere without problems :)

Meine Jungs haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten keine Angst, da der Herr Dr. Mulik alles in Ruhe erklärt hat. Die Ordination ist sehr sauber, was beim Zahnarzt sehr wichtig ist. Die Damen sind sehr kompetent und stets freundlich. Ich kann die Ordination wärmstens Empfehlen. A very good dentist. Dr. Mulik is a very calm and friendly person. My boys felt very comfortable, were not afraid, because Dr. Mulik explained everything calmly. The ordination is very clean Dentist is very important. The ladies are very competent and always friendly. I can warmly recommend the ordination.

Terminvereinbarung geht enfach, und man bekommt einen Termin relativ schnell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden Best dentist I've had so far. Mr. Mulik is very nice and explains everything he does. So his team is very nice and competent. Appointments are easy and you can get an appointment relatively quickly. I'm very satisfied
j	johannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gestern in der Früh (7 Uhr) angerufen und darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich starke Zahnschmerzen habe und fast nicht schlafen konnte. Als die Gehilfin erfuhr, dass ich bei ihrem System nicht vermerkt bin, verwies sie prompt auf ihre "Patientensperre". Ich merkte nochmal an, dass ich starke Schmerzen habe und die Praxis nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist und sie sich gerne melden kann, wenn unter Tags etwas frei wird. Doch sie verwies erneut, mit einem genervten Unterton, auf die "Patientensperre". Die Patientensperre erklärte sie damit, dass gar keine neuen Patienten aufgenommen werden. Ich habe in den Kommentaren davor nur davon gelesen, dass man bei Schmerzen herzlichst aufgenommen wird und gerne vorbeikommen kann. Leider scheint sich das geändert zu haben. I called yesterday morning (7 a.m.) and pointed out that I had severe toothache and could hardly sleep. When the assistant found out that I was not noted in her system, she promptly referred to her "patient block". I remarked again that I am in severe pain and that the practice is only a 5-minute walk away and that she is happy to contact me if something becomes available during the day. But she referred again, with an annoyed undertone, to the "patient ban". She explained the patient ban by saying that no new patients were admitted at all. I only read in the previous comments that if you are in pain you are warmly welcomed and you are welcome to come by. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed.

Dir wird wirklich alles erklärt jeder einzelne schritt nicht wie bei anderen Zahnärzten !! DAS IST DIE RUHE IN PERSON. Dir wird die angst weggenommen zwar nicht komplett ?aber du weißt du bist in sicheren händen. Ich würde lügen wenn ich sage ich habe was gespürt. Am a scared patient. Simply the best dentist !! This is the only dentist I go to or drive to. Everything is really explained to you, every single step is not explained to you as with other dentists! THAT'S THE CALM IN PERSON. The fear is not completely taken away from you, but you know you are in safe hands. I would lie if I said I felt something.

Frau Daniela macht anscheinend ihren Job sehr gerne und vollständig!!! Ich habe viele verschiedene MH bekommen, manche waren auch sehr gut, die beim Dr. Mulik ist sehr sehr sehr gut!! Danke für Alles! A very nice, caring and competent dentist. I can confirm that I have received the best oral hygiene here. Apparently Mrs. Daniela likes her job very much and completely!!! I received many different MH, some were also very good, the Dr. Mulik is very very very good!! Thank you for everything!

I	Iordanis Tselegkidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was truly knowledgeable of his profession. I didn't have any issue communicating with him. He dealt successfully with my tooth problem and treated me not as if I was "just another case" but as an individual. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The facility was modern, clean and well equipped. And yes he can also speak English.
