P	Paul Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde ohne Termin auf Wartezeit rasch drangenommen! Frau Dr. Kowald war sehr nett und hat das Problem sofort erkannt. Die von ihr verordnete Therapie half mir enorm weiter. Sie nahm sich auch die Zeit mir die Erkrankung und die Therapie genau zu erklären! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Was taken without appointment on waiting time quickly! Miss Dr. Kowald was very nice and immediately recognized the problem. Her prescribed therapy helped me a lot. She also took the time to explain the disease and the therapy exactly to me! I can only recommend!

Sie geht auf alle Fragen ein, beantwortet jede Frage sehr genau und nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Patienten bzw. für jede einzelne Frage!!! Sie erklärt alles genau und detailiert und man merkt sofort, dass sie ihren Job wirklich gerne macht und auch Freude daran hat, Menschen helfen zu können!!! Auch die Ordination ist sehr schön, gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt! Also ehrlich Leute (die, die negativ bewerten), was stellt ihr euch bitte unter einem guten Arzt vor??? Nur wegen der Wartezeiten die wirklich noch im Normalbereich liegen, oder nur weil sie keine neuen Patienten aufnimmt bzw. aufnehmen kann?! Das ist wirklich lächerlich, denn jeder Arzt erreicht mal die Grenze der Patienten-Aufnahme....! Oder soll sie wegen so Leuten wie euch 24 Stunden durchgehend arbeiten?? ? Solange man von einem Arzt, gut, freundlich und gewissenhaft behandelt wird, ist die Wartezeit wirklich Nebensache!!!!!!!! Also nochmal, die beste Hautärztin die ich kenne!!!!! ? I understand the negative reviews ZERO !!! So far this is the best dermatologist I have ever met! She answers all questions, answers every question very precisely and takes a lot of time for the patient and for each individual question !!! She explains everything exactly and in detail and you can tell immediately that she really likes her job and also enjoys being able to help people! The ordination is also very nice, cozy, clean and well-kept! Honestly people (those who rate negatively), what do you imagine a good doctor to mean ??? Only because of the waiting times that are really still in the normal range, or just because she is not admitting new patients ?! This is really ridiculous, because every doctor sometimes reaches the limit of patient admission ....! Or should she work 24 hours a day because of people like you? ? As long as you are treated well, kindly and conscientiously by a doctor, the waiting time is really a minor matter !!!!!!!! So again, the best dermatologist I know !!!!! ?

Einmal, hat sie mir einen Termin gegeben, zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem die Ärztin wieder nicht anwesend war, dieses Mal hatte sie mich aber vorhin angerufen, um den Termin zu verschieben. Als ich das dritte Mal angerufen habe um einen Termin zu bekommen, war sie total unbeholfen und konnte mir nicht annähernd Auskunft geben, ob und wann sie einen Termin frei haben I got an appointment from the ordination assistant once, at a time when the ordination was already closed, I was standing in front of a locked door. Once, she gave me an appointment at a time when the doctor was again absent, but this time she called me earlier to reschedule the appointment. The third time I called to get an appointment, she was totally awkward and couldn't even come close to giving me any information as to whether and when they had an appointment free
S	Susanna P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Frau Dr. Kowald kennt sich sehr gut aus und beantwortet auch Fragen. Natürlich sind sehr viele Patienten dort angemeldet und irgendwann muss jeder Arzt mal sagen, dass sie keine neuen Patienten mehr aufnehmen sonst würden die Praxis nicht mehr zusammenkommen. Mit den Terminen hat es auch bis jetzt immer gepasst. I can't understand the bad reviews. Miss Dr. Kowald is very knowledgeable and also answers questions. Of course, a lot of patients are registered there and at some point every doctor has to say that they will not accept any more new patients, otherwise the practice would no longer come together. With the appointments it has always been right up to now.

Einziger Kritikpunkt häufiger Wechsel der ärztlichen Assistentinnen Great doctor, is not accepting any new patients at the moment. Excellent and professional birthmark control. The only point of criticism was the frequent change of medical assistants
