Dr Dunst-Huemer carries out the mole check very carefully with a magnifying glass, takes his time and also explains harmless formations on the skin.

SCHLECHTE EINTEILUNG! Zb 5 Personen gleichzeitig ein und den selben Termin haben und zur Fr Doktor müssen. :); The doctor is calm and explains everything clearly and understandably. However, office hours help very rough and unfortunately very long waiting time despite appointment. BAD CLASSIFICATION! For example, 5 people have the same appointment at the same time and have to go to the doctor. :)

Was die Termine angeht, sie funktionieren einwandfrei ... ich habe noch nie lange gewartet und selbst wenn sie warten, was meinen die, die sich über die Termine beschweren, dass der Arzt nur für sie da ist ... tut mir leid, aber andere Patienten sind auch da und wir brauchen Verständnis je länger man wartet ... manchmal fünf Sterne für den Service der Ärztin und ihres Teams ... einfach weitermachen I've been with the doctor for a long time and I can say that I am very satisfied first with the doctor and then with the nurses who work there, who are very pleasant and are always ready to answer your questions. As for the appointments, they work just fine ... I've never waited long and even if they wait, what do those who complain about the appointments think the doctor is only there for them ... I'm sorry, but other patients are also there and we need understanding the longer you wait ... sometimes five stars for the service of the doctor and her team ... just keep going

One of the nurses was from the very beginning literally annoyed by having us – new patients, she had a lot of troubles to understand our intermediate german (we have certificates for B2 german level, living in Austria for five years...) and there was apparently no way to actually get to the doctor, because I "only" have European insurance card (which I'm using here for two years already and which was always accepted with no problems). The behaviour of the stuff was racist. Dr. Huemer herself has obviously a lot of experiences with "beautifying" (plastic) surgeries, yet this wasn't the purpose of our visit, so she was not very helpful. I totally do NOT suggest this place.
M	Milan Juhas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for citizens of European Union. This is not a rating of doctor Dunst-Heumer, as I couldn't get to her office. The reason being, that the nurse refused to accept European Health Insurance Card (happened to me first time in my life), even though I had a paper from a local Austrian doctor. I was told that I can go for a private session only. She said said it costs 150 euro, which is quite a high fee in my opinion.
