C	Christoph Mühlbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminanfrage per mail ist einfach und unkompliziert, eine Antwort erhält man meist schon nach 10 min. Die Frau Doktor ist auch sehr kompetent und nett. Tolles Team. Requesting an appointment by email is simple and straightforward, you usually get an answer after 10 minutes. The doctor is also very competent and nice. Great team.

Heute um 10:15 vorort,wurde gefragt ob ich einen Termin hätte,soll um 12:00 wiederkommen.Frechheit. Extra freigenommen. Die Ärztin hat die falsche Dame beim Empfang. Unfriendly, not reachable by phone, therefore asked for an appointment by email, do not need an appointment. Today at 10:15 am on site, they asked if I had an appointment, should come back at 12:00. Extra time off. The doctor has the wrong lady at reception.
K	Karin Kollmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In diesen Zeiten der einzige Hautarzt bei dem ich einen Termin in absehbarer Zeit bekam. Habe ca. 10 Hautärzte angerufen die meisten nehmen keine neuen Patienten. Auch war Frau Dr. Bell und ihr Team sehr nett und kompetent. In these times the only dermatologist with whom I could get an appointment in the foreseeable future. Called about 10 dermatologists most of them don't take new patients. Dr. Bell and her team are very nice and competent.
P	Petra Burger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin telefonisch unmöglich, geht nur per Mail, nach 5 Monaten endlich ein Termin und am Tag des Termins, eine Stunde Wartezeit, weshalb dann der Termin? Komisch das das Telefon nur 3 mal geläutet hat in der Stunde Wartezeit, wenn man anruft kommt man gar nicht durch. Das Engagement der Ärztin lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, ich hatte überhaupt das Gefühl, es interessiert sie gar nicht, was die Patienten haben und sie will irgendwie nichts tun. Völlig umsonst 5 Monate gewartet! Appointment impossible by phone, only by email, after 5 months finally an appointment and on the day of the appointment, an hour waiting, why then the appointment? Funny that the phone only rang 3 times an hour, if you call you can't get through. The doctor's commitment leaves a lot to be desired, I had the feeling that she doesn't care what the patients have and she doesn't want to do anything. Waited completely for free 5 months!

Klienten welche später kommen werden trotzdem vor einem dran genommen. Super Ärztin aber jedes mal 2 Stunden ein zu planen zu müssen ist eine Katastrophe ? Time management a disaster. It is not an isolated case that you get an appointment but wait an hour despite the appointment. Clients who come later are still taken in front of you. Great doctor but having to plan 2 hours every time is a disaster ?

Da bleibt einem keine Zeit, um ein richtiges Gespräch zu führen, falls das von Nöten wäre. Zusätzlich sind die Wartezeiten viel zu lange - nicht nur für mich, sondern für alle anderen, die im Wartezimmer saßen. Evtl. könnte man da noch was machen. The Mrs. Bell is very friendly and nice, even if she left very quickly! There is no time to have a proper conversation if that were necessary. In addition, the waiting times are far too long - not just for me, but for everyone else who sat in the waiting room. Possibly something could be done there.
J	June June on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplette Frechheit. Die Ärzte sehen alle beschäftigt aus, gehen aber nur rein und raus. Wartezeiten zu lange, hatte um 15.00 einen Termin, wurde aber erst über 1 Stunde später drangenommen, warte aber immer noch. Als würden die drinnen eine Operation durchführen. Mir wurde auch mal gesagt, ich könne ohne Termin kommen, jedoch als ich vor Ort war, wurde zu mir befohlen 2 Stunden zu warten. Sie denken sie wären etwas, als würden sie die einzigen Hautärzte auf der Welt sein. Hätte ich gerade eine Blutung, wäre ich sogar beim Warten gestorben. Nie wieder. Complete cheek. The doctors all look busy but only go in and out. Waiting times too long, had an appointment at 3 p.m., but was only answered over 1 hour later, but I am still waiting. Like they're doing an operation inside. I was also once told that I could come without an appointment, but when I was there, I was ordered to wait 2 hours. They think they are like the only dermatologists in the world. If I was bleeding, I would even have died waiting. Never again.
K	Karin Heitzendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin eine Stunde gewartet und dieses Mal von der Behandlung sehr enttäuscht ( sind immerhin schon seit mindestens 25 Jahren Patienten). Auch Frau Dr. Bell war diese Mal sehr unhöflich - in diesem Wartezimmer sind wir heute zum letzten Mal gesessen. Es gibt ja Gott sei Dank genug Alternativen! Waited an hour despite the appointment and this time very disappointed with the treatment (after all, have been patients for at least 25 years). Dr. Bell was very rude this time - we sat in this waiting room for the last time today. Thank goodness there are enough alternatives!
