Waiting times are limited, very thorough investigation, friendly staff, nice interaction with children.

Unglaublich unfreundliche Stiege die wirklich sehr gefährlich ist. Und da frag ich mich warum seit 1.1.2016 österreichweit !!?? alles barrierefrei sein muss.
Wenn man sieht wie sich die alten Menschen und vor allem die Rettungsmänner die Patienten dort hochtragen finde ich es eine absolute Frechheit !!
Der Herr Doktor möge doch bitte einmal einen 120 Kilo Patienten dort rauf und runter tragen. Vielleicht wäre er dann einsichtiger !!

Incredibly unfriendly stairs that are really very dangerous. And then I wonder why across Austria since January 1st, 2016 !! ?? everything must be barrier-free.
If you see how the old people and especially the rescue workers carry the patients up there, I think it's an absolute cheek !!
May the doctor please carry a 120 kg patient up and down there. Maybe then he would be more insightful !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! Die Untersuchung war sehr gründlich und der Arzt erklärt einem alles und beantwortet auch noch so 'blöde' Fragen mit einem Lächeln und Gelassenheit. Habe meinen Augenarzt des Vertrauens gefunden.
Edit: Ein Jahr später bin ich wieder sehr zufrieden! Das ganze Team ist so wahnsinnig freundlich und es wird sich für jeden Patienten Zeit genommen, ohne dass lange Wartezeiten entstehen. Super spitzenklasse :)
Excellent! The examination was very thorough and the doctor explains everything and answers even the most 'stupid' questions with a smile and with serenity. Found my trusted ophthalmologist.
Edit: A year later I'm very happy again! The whole team is so incredibly friendly and time is taken for each patient without long waiting times. Super top class :)
