Situation Anrufbeantworter bei dem der Patient darum gebeten wird ein Fax zu senden. Wer zum Teufel besitzt heute noch ein Fax?! 2. Situation Sie nehmen den Hörer ab und legen sofort wieder auf. So quasi ich hab keinen bock zu telefonieren. 3. Situation Die Leitung ist besetzt?! Was zum Teufel soll das. Ich arbeite in Zukunft mit der gleichen Geschwindichkeit/Lust dann haben halt ein paar Leute keinen Strom mehr. Bekommt von den Patienten das Geld in den Rachen geschoben (VGKK) und dann kommt man den Patienten so entgegen. Years long patient with Him. Not anymore. One calls and the following situations: 1st situation Answering machine in which the patient is asked to send a fax. Who the hell has a fax today ?! 2nd situation You pick up the phone and hang up immediately. So almost I have no desire to telephone. 3rd situation The line is busy?! What the hell is that? I work in the future with the same Geschwindichkeit / Lust then have just a few people no electricity. Gets the money pushed into the throat by the patients (VGKK) and then one comes to the patient so contrary.
D	Dorothea Anna Dellamaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ also ich bin scho seit über 4 jahren beim dr. tschann und er wird mir immer sympathischer. er isch total liebevoll zu minra kinder und erklärt alles sehr guat (was er macht, warum er des macht). min sohn FREUT sich sogar, wenn i seg mir müan zum augenarzt go! i bin total z frieda und d damen beim eingang sen oh sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. i tät en sofort witr empfehla ?? LG dorothea so i have been with dr for over 4 years. Tschann and he is becoming more and more likeable to me. he is very loving to minra kinder and explains everything very well (what he does, why he does it). min son is even happy when i see my ophthalmologist! i'm totally z frieda and the ladies at the entrance sen oh very attentive and friendly. I would recommend LG Dorothea immediately
m	maamihl mihl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man(n) ruft extra an wegen einem Span in dem Auge, ob Man(n) kommen kann? O man Zeit hat? Ja kommen kommen sie gerne. Ich über 70 Minuten am warten. Die Leute die nach mir ankammen bei dem Augenarzt hat man dennoch dem Schmerzpatienten vorgezogen eine Frechheit. You call extra because of a chip in the eye, whether you can come? O you have time? Yes, they like to come. I am waiting over 70 minutes. The people who arrived at the ophthalmologist after me were nevertheless preferred to the pain patient, an impudence.

Bin sehr froh das ich in diese Praxis kommen durfte. Very, very nice doctor, despite the patient stop, I was able to come as an emergency. It is very rare that it still exists. a	amela amela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ würde eigentlich 0 Sterne geben, der Arzt arbeitet sehr unprofessionell sagt ich habe keine Brille nötig aber sehe gefühlt gar nix. War dann auch bei 2 Augenoptiker und die haben mir bestätigt dass ich eine Brille tragen muss also der „Dr.“ hat keine ahnung ,empfehle niemanden dort hin zu gehen. would actually give 0 stars, the doctor works very unprofessionally says I don't need glasses but I don't see anything at all. Was then also at 2 opticians and they confirmed to me that I have to wear glasses so the "Dr." has no idea, do not recommend anyone to go there.

Ans Telefon geht generell niemand - da sollte doch dann wenigstens ein Band einschalten, auf das man sein Anliegen sprechen kann ! Dann haben wir einen Termin für den April 2022 bekommen (!) obwohl laut einem anderen Arzt dringender Handlungsbedarf besteht, die Praxis hat es nicht für notwendig befunden den Patienten einzuschieben/anzuschauen. 0 Sterne für diesen schlechten Service und diesen Umgang mit Patienten. An incredible disappointment! In general, nobody answers the phone - at least a tape should then be switched on so that you can talk about your concerns! Then we got an appointment for April 2022 (!) Although according to another doctor there is an urgent need for action, the practice did not find it necessary to push in / look at the patient. 0 stars for this poor service and this way of dealing with patients.
