Freue mich auf den nächsten Termin. Was there with my 2 year old daughter and can only recommend the practice. Great care for the ladies in the anteroom and by the doctor personally, no waiting time. I'm looking forward to the next appointment.
V	Viviane Graßmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten die Mutterkindpassuntersuchung und ich kann die anderen Meinungen nur bestätigen: Dr. Thaler kann wirklich außergewöhnlich gut mit Kindern umgehen, so ist auch eine Augenuntersuchung kein Problem für die Kleinsten! Auch die Ärztin, die an diesem Tag anwesend war und einen Teil der Untersuchung übernommen hat, war sehr liebevoll. Hier fühlen sich auch die kleinsten Patienten rundherum wohl! We had the maternity examination and I can only confirm the other opinions: Thaler can really handle children exceptionally well, so an eye exam is no problem for the little ones! Also, the doctor who was present on this day and has taken part of the investigation, was very loving. Here, even the smallest patients feel comfortable all around!
L	Lukas B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist leider sehr schwer. Ich musste während den Öffnungszeiten 12-mal anrufen (!) um einen Termin auszumachen. Obwohl ich bei Herrn Thaler einen Termin vereinbarte, habe ich einen Termin bei Dr. Nassri erhalten. Durch das Linsenmittel in der Praxis hatte ich eine extreme Augenreizung und ich konnte 2 Tage nur erschwert sehen. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich nach einem Arzttermin mehr Beschwerden hatte als zuvor. Die beiden Damen am Empfang gaben mir hierfür die Schuld und ich wurde sehr unprofessionell behandelt. Generell ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Ich werde diese Praxis nie wieder in meinem Leben betreten. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reach us by phone. The lens in the practice caused extreme eye irritation and I had difficulty seeing for 2 days. This is the first time that I have had more complaints than before after a doctor's appointment. The two ladies at the reception blamed me for this and I was treated very unprofessionally. In general, the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never enter this practice again in my life.

M	Marina Gassner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer online-Terminanfrage zur Augenkontrolle für meine zwei Kinder und mich (ich rechnete mit einer mehrmonatigen Wartezeit), erhielt ich prompt einen freundlichen Rückruf und eine Einladung auf den nächsten Tag. Die Begrüßung im Empfang war trotz größerem Andrang ebenfalls freundlich. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde ich ins Ordinationszimmer gebeten. Obwohl meine Kinder erst nicht wirklich brav mitgemacht haben, hat sich Dr. Thaler alle Zeit der Welt genommen. Er erzählte von Einhörnern und zauberte bunte Kinderpflaster hervor, die das Eis gebrochen haben. Seine Geduld und sein Einfühlungsvermögen haben Seltenheitswert. Ich freue mich schon wieder auf den nächsten Kontrolltermin! Vielen Dank für so einen tollen Arztbesuch! After an online appointment request for an eye check for my two children and me (I expected a waiting period of several months), I promptly received a friendly call back and an invitation for the next day. The welcome at reception was also friendly despite the large number of people. After a short wait, I was asked to go into the practice room. Although my children didn't really do well at first, Dr. Thaler taken all the time in the world. He talked about unicorns and conjured up colorful children's plasters that broke the ice. His patience and empathy are rare. I'm already looking forward to the next check-up appointment! Thank you for such a great doctor visit!

Aufgrund meiner Augenerkrankung hat er mir auch eine Zusatzuntersuchung empfohlen und durchgeführt die vorher noch nie ein Arzt gemacht hat. Ich komme gerne wieder und hab ihn auch schon in meiner Familie weiterempfohlen. I have been with Dr. Thaler and both the doctor and the receptionists are very nice. Because of my eye disease, he also recommended and carried out an additional examination that a doctor had never done before. I would love to come back and have recommended it to my family.

Leider habe ich keine Ahnung, ob er eine qualifizierte Person war, aber die Herangehensweise und Aktionen waren schrecklich !! Mein Sohn hat ein ernstes Augenproblem und muss operiert werden. Der Arzt gab uns eine Empfehlung, den Sohn auf den Eingriff vorzubereiten. Mit so einem arroganten Verhalten hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Terrible behavior! When neither the phone nor the email was answered, I decided to order in person. Unfortunately I have no idea if he was a qualified person but the approaches and actions were terrible !! My son has a serious eye problem and needs an operation. The doctor gave us a recommendation to prepare the son for the procedure. I didn't expect such arrogant behavior.
