The doctor is very friendly and patient. She takes time for the Patienten.Bei the registration is already said the approximate waiting time.
M	Maria Zerni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte genau vor einem Jahr ein Glaukom, Fr Dr Bachernegg hat mich so super beraten und behandelt, dass es mir sehr gut geht. Ich wäre wahrscheinlich schon blind beim rechten Auge. Ich habe noch nie lange warten müssen, war 2020 sehr oft in der Ordination. Ich bin super zufrieden. Danke nochmals. Zerni Maria Exactly a year ago I had glaucoma, and Dr Bachernegg gave me such excellent advice and treatment that I feel very well. I would probably be blind in my right eye by now. I have never had to wait long, in 2020 I was in the ordination very often. I am super satisfied. Thanks again. Zerni Maria

B	Bettina Till on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lange Wartezeit!!! Wer also mit seinem Kind zur Untersuchung muss sollte viel Jause und gute Nerven einpacken! Mein Sohn wurde dann auch nicht von der Frau Doktor sondern von dem Herrn Doktor untersucht. Very long waiting time! So if you have to go to the examination with your child, you should pack a lot of snacks and good nerves! My son was then examined not by the woman doctor but by the doctor.

Habe nach einer Stunde im Warteraum und vorhergesagter weiter Wartezeit von ca. einer halben Stunde nur zum Sehtest die Ordination ohne Behandlung verlassen, da nach dem Sehtest eine weitere Warzezeit bis zum Arztgespräch erforderlich gewesen wäre. Schade! Other users have access to the hotel, which is located in the city center. Have left after an hour in the waiting room and predicted waiting time of about half an hour only to the eye test, the ordination without treatment, because after the eye test another wart time would have been necessary to the doctor's talk. Pity!
C	Carina Wurm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit zu Corona Zeiten an die 20-25 Patienten in diesem kleinen Warteraum OHNE Lüften und OHNE umsetzbaren Abstand zu pferchen!! Trotz Termin in einem nicht gelüfteten Raum mit Kindern mindestens 2 Stunden warten zu müssen, ist grenzwertig. Habe eben aus diesem Grund mit den Kindern die Ordination verlassen. Überall wird auf Abstand und max Personenanzahl geachtet und in einer Ordination nicht??!? A cheek at Corona times to cram the 20-25 patients in this small waiting room WITHOUT ventilation and WITHOUT realizable distance! Having to wait at least 2 hours with children in a non-ventilated room despite the appointment is borderline. For this reason I left the ordination with the children. Everywhere attention is paid to the distance and the maximum number of people and not in an ordination ??!?

Es werden zu viele Patienten angenommen sodass es sich hinten und vorne nicht ausgeht. Waiting time is a disaster - if you have an appointment afterwards you don't have to go. Too many patients are accepted so that it doesn't work out in the back and front.
