Sie schrie mich an und zeigte mir die Tür. Sehr agressiv. Ich bin immer noch unter Schock. There can be no such doctor. Shame. She insulted me and fired. My child was trembling with fear. She is definitely not a normal person. She yelled at me and showed me the door. Very aggressive. I am still in shock.

Nach unseren Zahnarzt besuch fragten die Kinder wann sie wieder kommen dürfen :) M.f.g. I was looking for a long time to find a dental doctor in Steyr where I can bring my children without fear, I thank you again for their loving manner and skill. After our visit to the dentist, the children asked when they could come back :) Kind regards.
F	Furkan Kir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mit Abstand die beste Zahnärztin in Steyr-raum, bin seit ca 7 Jahren bei ihrer Ordination. Was die Fr Doktor aus meinen Zähne-Kiefer gemacht hat ist Kunst. Wenn ich ein Vorher-Nacher Bild hochladen würde. Würdet ihr alle morgen in der Früh ihre Ordination stürmen :D Die Fr. Doktor ist sehr nett, verständlich und mega kompetent. Genau so das Personal. by far the best dentist in Steyr-Raum, have been with her practice for about 7 years. What the doctor has made of my teeth-jaw is art. If I uploaded a before and after picture. Would you all storm her ordination tomorrow morning: D Ms. Doctor is very nice, understandable and extremely competent. So are the staff.
M	Marion Bramauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 jähriger wurde trotz akuten starken Zahnschmerzen die Behandlung verwehrt! Leider waren die meisten Zahnärzte sowie sein Eigener im Urlaub. Es wurde auch erwähnt das unser Kind nicht mehr durch schläft und vor schmerzen weint. Dies wurde ignoriert. Die Begründung der Assistentin: Wir sind erst vom Urlaub zurück gekommen es tut uns Leid wir haben auch Patienten mit Schmerzen. Ja, ich finde das sehr Kindgerecht. Daumen Hoch 0 Sterne A 9 year old was refused treatment despite acute severe toothache! Unfortunately, most of the dentists and his own were on vacation. It was also mentioned that our child no longer sleeps and cries in pain. This has been ignored. The reason given by the assistant: We just got back from vacation, we're sorry, we also have patients with pain. Yes, I think that's very child-friendly. Thumbs up 0 stars
L	Leon Pandza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Witz!!! Heute 17.09.2020 5 Jähriges Kind mit schmerzen seit der Nacht abgelehnt eine kleine stelle am Zahn nur kurzer Eingriff, haben aber abgelehnt!?! Begründung : wir nehmen keine neuen Patienten auf!, Wir haben auch nicht vor Dauerpatient dort zu sein, unser Zahnarzt ist Krank und es sei ein Schmerzpatient aber dennoch abgelehnt! Unmenschlich!!! Und des Dr. Titels nicht würdig! Ein 5 Jähriges Kind mit Schmerzen abgelehnt? Schande! Schade das man keine Minus Sterne vergeben kann!!! A joke!!! Today 09/17/2020 5-year-old child with pain since the night refused a small area on the tooth only short intervention, but refused!?! Reason: we are not accepting any new patients! We also do not plan to be a permanent patient there, our dentist is sick and it is a pain patient but still rejected! Inhuman!!! And the Dr. Title not worthy! A 5 year old rejected with pain? Shame! It's a shame that you can't give minus stars!
G	Gerhard Schobesberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Doktor Katja Schatzberger/Beimbach Ist seid mittlerweile 20 Jahren meine Zahnärztin und ich kann wirklich nur sagen das sie überdurchschnittlich Fachliche Leistungen auf Krankenkasse vollbringt...Diese Fachliche Kompetenz sollte jedem Patienten ein paar Minuten warten wert sein.. Doctor Katja Schatzberger / Beimbach Has been my dentist for 20 years now and I can really only say that she provides above-average professional services for health insurance ... This professional competence should be worth a few minutes for every patient.
L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12.12.2020 Frau Dr. Schatzberger hatte heute Notdienst. Eine top Frau, sie beruhigt einen und ist sehr einfühlsam. Hat mich auch über alles aufgeklärt obwohl ich nicht fragte. Aber ich denke das sie gemerkt hat, das ich sehr unsicher und ängstlich bin. Ich bin kein leichter Patient aber die Dame hat trotzdem ihre Nerven behalten und hat mir gut zu gesprochen. ?? Schade das sie keine neuen Patienten mehr nimmt. 12/12/2020 Mrs. Dr. Schatzberger was on emergency duty today. A great woman, she calms you down and is very sensitive. He explained everything to me even though I didn't ask. But I think that she has noticed that I am very insecure and anxious. I am not an easy patient but the lady still kept her nerve and spoke to me well. ?? Too bad she doesn't take new patients anymore.
G	Gizem Arslan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT since last 2 years I am a patient but not anymore. Usuall I went to my appointment earlier or on time but even that I wait more than 30 minutes ....last time, I made my control appointment 6 month before and I came to my appointment a little late and they did not accept me even I said I can wait and give a 1 week later again an appointment but then she was not there and my appointment canceled in last 30 minutes. Then they gave me a new appointment 1 week later ı went earlier even but the doctor assistant told me it is not today 1 month later. They said I notice wrong and I have to leave. At that point I want to talk with her but she was just not listen even 2 min and impolite and left the room. Unbelievable and arrogant.
