Die Wartezeiten könnten etwas kürzer sein. :-) Miss Dr. Schubert herself, as well as her nice and young team, takes great care of your customers! The waiting times could be a little shorter. :-)

We are very enthusiastic about the whole ordination, where Dr Schubert and her team are very friendly, warm and very professional with patients and explain every detail. M	Maria Mitterlehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind absolut nicht zufrieden und werden die Ärztin wechseln! Es ist eine reine Massenabfertigung. Frau Doktor nimmt sich fast keine Zeit für die Patienten– stattdessen wird man von ganz jungen unerfahrenen Assistentinnen behandelt. Auch erinnert sich die Ärztin oft nicht an das vorab ausgemachte und man muss sie auf den Behandlungsplan hinweisen, da man sonst die Zahnspange um ein halbes Jahr länger drinnen hat. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!! We are absolutely not satisfied and will change doctors! It is a pure mass processing. Frau Doktor takes almost no time for the patients - instead, one is treated by very young inexperienced assistants. Also, the doctor often does not remember what was agreed in advance and you have to point out the treatment plan to her, otherwise you will have the braces inside for half a year longer. Absolutely not recommendable!

Als nun endlich der langersehnte Termin zur Abnahme näher rückte, kam einige Tage zuvor ein Anruf aus der Ordination, dass der Termin nicht eingehalten werden kann. Da meine Tochter zum vorgeschlagenen Ersatztermin auf Skikurs ist hat sich der Termin, um Sage und Schreibe, einen Monat verschoben. Für einen Teenager der bereits die Tage und Stunden bis zur Abnahme zählt, ein Weltuntergang. Seitens der Ordination kein Verständnis und keine Bemühungen eine andere Lösung zu finden. Half a year of braces turned into 5!!! Years. When the long-awaited acceptance date was finally approaching, a few days earlier a call came from the doctor's office that the appointment could not be kept. As my daughter to the proposed The replacement date for the ski course has been postponed by a month. For a teenager who is already counting down the days and hours until acceptance, it's the end of the world. No understanding on the part of the ordination and no effort to find another solution.
