Ich werde viel weitererzählen von diesem interessanten Haus und seinem für Österreich so wichtigem Politiker. Ihm verdanken wir alle sehr viel, nämlich unsere neutrale Heimat. We really liked the museum and its beautiful garden. It was very impressive and taught me a lot. I will tell a lot more about this interesting house and its politician, who is so important for Austria. We all owe a lot to him, namely our neutral homeland.

Erdgeschoss ist inhaltlich ähnlich in seinen Wohnräumen, aber gab für mich gesamthistorisch weniger her. Oberstock hätte ich nicht gebraucht (2. WK u.ä.) Above all, look at the cellar and read. For me it was better structured and more interesting. The ground floor is similar in terms of content in its living rooms, but gave less to me in terms of history as a whole. I would not have needed the upper floor (WWII, etc.)

Eine Führung ist anzuraten, da es so viel zu hören gibt. Das Anschauungsmaterial ist im Originalzustand und es wird einem bewusst, dass hier ein Teil von unserer Vergangenheit entstanden ist. Madness, if you want to experience Austria's history up close, is in good hands here in the Renner Museum. A tour is advisable because there is so much to hear. The illustrative material is in its original state and you become aware that part of our past was created here.

Wir waren / sind sehr beeindruckt. Schade, dass nur wenige Besucher da waren! Ist sehr gut geeignet, ganzen Schulklassen diese Epoche im Geschichtsunterricht näher zu bringen. Very well prepared of the story of the creation of the 1st and 2nd republic. Lots of information about Dr. Karl Renner, which you won't find in the history books. We were / are very impressed. It's a shame that there were only a few visitors! Is very well suited to bring this era closer to whole school classes in history lessons.

Die Ausstellung ist weder altvaterisch noch (zu) apologetisch. Und Gloggnitz ist ein nettes Städtchen! December 2020 will be Karl Renner's 150th birthday. A good reason to visit this small but fine museum. The exhibition is neither old-fashioned nor (too) apologetic. And Gloggnitz is a nice town!

It gives an idea not only about the personality of Karl Renner, but also about the history of Austria of the 20th century. Everything is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Great movies, genuine objects.
