Da sollte man sich selbstb zwei mal Fragen ob man in diese Ordination gehen möchte! I have never seen such an incomprehensibly bad or incompetent receptionist. You should ask yourself twice if you want to go to this surgery!

Die Verbindung meiner Beschwerden zu vorhandenen Allergien war der entscheidende Hinweis, um der Ursache auf die Spur zu kommen. I have had very good experience with Ms. Dr Kocher. The connection between my complaints and existing allergies was the decisive clue in order to track down the cause.
P	Petra P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte immer wieder Halsschmerzen. Mir wurde dann sehr sehr unfreundlich gesagt dass ich mich gesünder ernähren soll. Obst... Ich würde aber behaupten ich koche jeden Tag selbst und esse ganz normal. Habe viele Allergien und Probleme mit dem Magen und fand dann selbst heraus das ich nicht zuviel Säure vertrage. Ungekochtes Obst, Fruchtsäfte... Denn dann wird mein Hals gereizt. Ich gurgle jetzt auch oft am Abend. Aber danke ich komme nicht wieder! Always had a sore throat. I was then told very, very unfriendly that I should eat healthier. Fruit ... But I would say that I cook myself every day and eat normally. I have a lot of allergies and problems with my stomach and then I found out that I don't tolerate too much acid. Uncooked fruit, fruit juices ... Because then my throat is irritated. I now often gargle in the evening. But thank you I will not be back!

Ich habe 25 Jahre in einer Ordination gearbeitet, habe aber nie einen Patienten am Telefon so behandelt! Vielleicht sollte die Dame eine Schulung machen, wie man Patienten am Telefon behandelt. Wanted an appointment today for a vocal cord control as I have an operation next week. Fr Glanzer snapped into the phone: "And you only know that today !!!!" I worked in an ordination for 25 years, but never treated a patient like that on the phone! Perhaps the lady should do some training on how to treat patients on the phone.
B	Bernd Heissenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann über die Frau Dr. Kocher nichts sagen, aber die Sprechstundenhilfe ist eine Zumutung. Ich hatte das Problem das ich seit 2 Tagen nach dem Baden auf beiden Ohren nur mehr ganz wenig hörte und ein Ohr weh tat. Im Wartezimmer saß genau eine Frau. Nachdem ich der Dame mein Anliegen erklärte, wollte Sie nach einem Termin nachsehen, so in ca. 2 Wochen. Ich erklärte ihr nochmals das ich mir auch beim Autofahren schwer tu und das ich jeden Tag über 70 km fahren muss . Sie sagte nur, das es nicht ihr Problem ist, wie ich zur Arbeit komme. Und das ich für diesen Tag auch keine Krankmeldung von ihr bekommen würde. Daraufhin verlangte ich meine e Card zurück und suchte einen anderen Arzt auf, der zwar kein HNO Arzt ist, mich aber trotzdem behandelt hat. I can speak to Dr. Kocher didn't say anything, but the office hours help is an impertinence. I had the problem that two days after bathing I had only heard very little in both ears and one ear hurt. There was exactly one woman in the waiting room. After I explained my concern to the lady, she wanted check after an appointment, in about 2 weeks. I explained to her again that I have a hard time driving and that I have to drive over 70 km every day . She just said that how I get to work is not her problem. And that I wouldn't get a sick note from her for that day either. Then I asked for my e-card back and went to another doctor who is not an ENT doctor, but treated me anyway.
