Es nervt mich öfter, wenn ich sooo lange aut meine neuen Schuhe warten muss. Aber einerseits zeigt das auch, dass Herr Wilding und sein Team gute Arbeit leisten... Daher gibt einen regelrechten Kundenansturm, der nur sehr schwer zu bewältigen ist. ? Mr. Wilding has been making my custom shoes for years. Everyone is friendly and nice. Die Location und das Ambiente erinnert an eine Zeit, wo noch höflicher miteinander umgegangen wurde. Was das Fachliche betrifft, sind Chef und Team stets am neuesten Stand und um individuelle Lösungen bemüht. Hier wird Handwerk gelebt und dem Kunden auch kommuniziert. Top advice. Professionally competent. Very patient staff. Time is taken here for each customer. The location and the ambience are reminiscent of a time when each other was treated even more politely. As far as technical matters are concerned, the boss and team are always up to date and strive to find individual solutions. Here handicraft is lived and communicated to the customer.

Mich nervt aber ganz extrem das ich solange auf meine Schuhe warten muss jedes Mal und bei Nachfrage am Telefon immer abgewimmelt werde und der Chef verleugnet wird. Leider habe ich ein Handycap und bekomme eh nur 1x im Jahr Schuhe daher bin ich auf diese sehr angewissen.Und dann immer monatelang zuwarten ist echt sehr ärgerlich. Very nice team at least most of them. But it annoys me extremely that I have to wait for my shoes every time and when asked on the phone, and the boss is denied. Unfortunately, I have a handicap and I only get shoes once a year, so I'm very dependent on them. And then waiting for months is really very annoying.

War mit meiner Tochter im Mai Leder aussuchen für ein paar neue Orthopädiesicher Schuhe,was sie einmal im Jahr bekommt.Heute Ende Oktober hat sie die Schuhe bekommen und genau das Gegenteil von Leder was wir ausgesucht haben. Finde es sehr traurig,daß man nicht zu seinem Fehlern stehen kann.Bin sehr enttäuscht,daß man mit Kundschaft so umgeht,die darauf angewiesen sind.
