Ich bin schon lange Patient bei ihm und seine Untersuchungen gaben teilweise mehr Aufschluss als das hiesige LKH. Dr. Strobl is the best ENT doctor you can find in Upper Styria. I have been with him for a long time and his examinations sometimes provided more information than the local LKH.

Der Arzt hat mir zum Glück geholfen, jedoch wurde ich später von Assistentin noch angeschnauzt, dass man ohne Termin nicht kommen braucht. L	Liteon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leide an Morbus Chron und hätte einen schnellen Termin wegen Abklärung von Entzündungen im Mund gebraucht. Denn wenn sich der Morbus Chronik auch im Mund manifestiert hat müsste ich sofort ein anderes Medikament bekommen. Hätte aber auf diesen Termin einen Monat warten müssen. Die sehr unfreundliche Assistentin ( Assistentin kam mir sehr genervt vor)meinte es geht nicht schneller da ja momentan Urlaubszeit wäre. Kein bisschen entgegenkommen ihrerseits. Sie hätte mir ja anbieten können das ich ohne Termin kommen könnte aber mit Wartezeit rechnen müsste. Ich finde das schlimm. ? M	Manfred & Birgit Pfister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerade eben angerufen, ob der Herr Dr. zufällig ein Attest ausstellen kann, wegen einer Maskenbefreiung, aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme mit der Nase. Es hieß nein machen wir nicht und ich habe gesagt ok kein Problem Vielen Dank trotzdem, dann kam die Oberhärte. Die Dame am Telefon sagte dann fotzig zu mir " Na und wir tragen auch den ganzen Tag die Maske ich solle mich nicht so anstellen". Eine Frechheit sondergleichen I just called to see if Dr. can accidentally issue a certificate for a mask exemption due to health problems with the nose. It said no, we won't do it and I said ok, no problem. Thank you anyway, then came the hardship. The lady on the phone said to me, "Well, and we wear the mask all day, I shouldn't be in a queue". An unparalleled cheek

Die (wirklich sehr freundliche) Assistentin hat mir gesagt, dass ich, wenn ich einen Allergietest machen möchte, mein derzeitiges Anitallergikum 2 Tage zuvor absetzten muss, und dann einfach in die Praxis kommen soll. Ohne Termin, da die Situation wirklich akut ist. Gesagt getan. Habe mir dann heute frei genommen und bin zu Dr. Strobl hingefahren. Eine (wirklich sehr genervte) Assistentin hat mich daraufhin wieder nach Hause geschickt, da "Allergietests nur mit Termin gemacht werden". Etwas bessere Kommunikation intern wäre nicht schlecht! Glauben die wirklich, ich nehme mir frei, um dann wieder nach Hause geschickt zu werden. Und außerdem noch das Antiallergikum absetze, um das gesamte Wochenende fast zu ersticken... Man kann nicht am Telefon sagen, ich solle in die Praxis kommen und in der Praxis dann sagen, wir machen sowas nicht ohne Termin... Ich finde das echt eine Frechheit! K	Kristijan Franjic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem Anruf beim Dr erzählte ich der Sekretärin ich habe Probleme mit meinem Ohr und das es stetig schlimmer wird, darauf wurde mir von ihr gesagt, sie wisse nicht was sie machen soll da sie keinen Termin frei hat, wenn es schlimmer werden sollte, soll ich am Wochenende in die Ambulanz gehen...... Was soll man da noch dazu sagen???!!!! After a call to the Dr I told the secretary that I had problems with my ear and that it was getting worse and worse, then I was told by her that she did not know what to do because she has no free appointment if it should get worse I go to the ambulance at the weekend ...... What else can you say about it ??? !!!!
