With a clear conscience, I can recommend everyone to attend the 2-day seminar "Professional Feedback Giving and Taking" by and with Ms. Sarah Ertl-Pillhofer! Thanks to the personal commitment and the friendliness of our lecturers as well as the extensive use of technology, starting with the inclusion of online scope, quiz games and trying it out for yourself in small "protected" rooms, I was able to do a lot of valuable things in these two days, not only for not only for everyday work but also for my personal development.
