D	DigitalNativeSounds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super ärztin sehr einfühlsam. und ja, es stimmt, es sind teilweise lange wartezeiten, das habe ich aber schon bei vielen anderen ordinationen auch gesehen .. aber trotz dem hat alles perfekt gepasst. super doctor very sensitive. and yes, it is true, there are sometimes long waiting times, but I have already seen that in many other ordinations .. but despite that everything worked out perfectly.

Es wird nichts zu einem gesagt, man wird nicht informiert, was jetzt passiert und die Arbeitsweise ist sehr mühselig und umständlich! Ich war 2x hier und habe jedesmal dasselbe erlebt..suche mir jetzt jemand anderen! Die Ärztin allerdings war sehr kompetent! Mieserable timing outside at login. Nothing is said, one is not informed, what happens now and the way of working is very tedious and cumbersome! I have been here twice and have experienced the same thing each time .. now look for someone else! The doctor, however, was very competent!
E	Elma Delić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lange Wartezeiten. & komischerweise als ich endlich dran war, hat sie mich nur gefragt was los sei & mir anschließend einfach eine Arztbestätigung gegeben ohne mich zu untersuchen. Auf die Frage, ob sie mein Fieber nicht wenigstens messen könnte, antwortete sie, ich solle mir ein Fieberthermometer holen & selbst messen. Very long waiting times. & strangely, when it was finally my turn she just asked me what was going on and then simply gave me a doctor's confirmation without examining me. When asked if she could at least measure my fever, she replied that I should get a clinical thermometer and measure myself.
A	Aidan Ozal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute angerufen und gebeten um ein termin und mir ist gesagt worden von der arzt asistentin das mich zurűck anrufen werde und hat versprochen das Sie mir einen termin geben sollte. Zeit 14:00 Uhr warte vergeblich bis in den späten abend auf den rückruf von der arzt asistentin. Sie hat nie zurük gerufen. Unglaublich das ich als patientin angelogen werde. Called today and asked for an appointment and was told by the doctor assistant that I would call back and promised that she should give me an appointment. Time 2:00 p.m. wait in vain until late in the evening for the doctor's assistant to call you back. She never called back. Incredible that I am lied to as a patient.
S	Secret Garden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden und dankbar. Auch wenn es manchmal etwas länger dauert, spielt es keine Rolle. Die Ärztin ist sehr kompetent, die Assistentin ist hilfsbereit und freundlich zu allen, es ist keine Sportmeisterschaft. Jeder Patient benötigt eine andere Behandlungs- und Beratungszeit. Die Leute sollten das verstehen, bevor sie bewerten. I am very satisfied and grateful. Even if it sometimes takes a little longer, it doesn't matter. The doctor is very competent, the assistant is helpful and friendly to everyone, it is not a sports championship. Each patient needs a different treatment and consultation time. People should understand this before evaluating.
F	Fatemeh Miss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BITTE haltet Abstand von dieser Ordination!!!!! Schlechteste Ordination die es je gibt. Anrufe werden nicht beantwortet. Warte 3 Tage bis ich Rezept überhaupt in der Apotheke abholen kann, meistens ist es nicht komplett. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist unsympathisch, unfreundlich und zeigt Null verständnis!! Suche ehh vergeblich nach einen anderen Arzt. Sobald ich eins finde das neue Patientin aufnimmt, verlasse ich diesen Stahl. PLEASE keep your distance from this ordination !!!!! Worst ordination ever. Calls are not answered. Wait 3 days until I can even pick up the prescription from the pharmacy, most of the time it is not complete. The lady at the reception is unsympathetic, unfriendly and shows zero understanding! Look in vain for another doctor anyway. As soon as I find one that accepts a new patient, I leave this steel.
P	Privat Privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht! Beim ersten Mal von einer sehr unfreundlichen Ordinationsdame "begrüßt" worden ebenso dieses Mal. Habe eine Verkühlung da Grippezeit ist, so wie jedes Jahr, doppelt geimpft und getestet, telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Wurde darauf hingewiesen nicht krank herzukommen, benötige jedoch eine Krankmeldung. Sowas unverschämtes habe ich selten erlebt, eindeutig den Beruf verfehlt wenn man vor kranken Menschen Panik hat. Über 30 Minuten Wartezeit bei 3 Patienten vor mir, trotz Krankheit. Alles andere als guter Service oder Menschlichkeit! Very disappointed! The first time I was "greeted" by a very unfriendly ordination lady, this time too. Got a cold because it's flu time, like every year, double vaccinated and tested, nobody can be reached by phone. If you were advised not to come sick, you need a sick note. I've rarely seen something outrageous, clearly missed the job when you're panic about sick people. Over 30 minutes waiting time with 3 patients in front of me, despite illness. Anything but good service or humanity!
