Sie ist immer unfreundlich und hat mich schon einmal am Telefon angeschrien. Wäre das nicht genug, ich musste einen Corona Test genau von ihr machen lassen. ES TAT EXTREM WEH UND ICH HABE DANACH STARK AUS DER NASE GEBLUTET. Ich sehe das nicht als Unfall, denn währenddessen habe ich eindeutig gezeigt, dass ich Schmerzen habe. Verstehe nicht wie man Menschen ohne Gefühl und mit so einem Hass behandeln kann vor allem wenn sie schon krank sind! DAS SOLLTE BESTRAFT WERDEN! War seit 3 Jahren Patient und werde dort nie wieder hin gehen! I have to say that the doctor is really very nice and does her job perfectly. But one of the ladies at the info is impossible. She's always rude and has yelled at me on the phone before. If that weren't enough, I had to have a corona test done by her. IT HURT EXTREMELY AND I BREEDED A LOT FROM MY NOSE AFTERWARDS. I don't see this as an accident, because in the meantime I clearly showed that I was in pain. I do not understand how you can treat people without feeling and with such a hatred, especially if they are already sick! THAT SHOULD BE PUNISHED! Has been a patient for 3 years and will never go back!

Freundliche Arzthelferinnen, schöne Praxis- und Warteräume und die Ärztin war wirklich kompetent und freundlich. Hat alles einen super Eindruck hinterlassen und bin sehr traurig, dass aktuell wohl keine neuen Patienten aufgenommen werden - hätte gerne hierher gewechselt! Unfortunately I was only there as a representative, but the impression was extremely positive. Friendly medical assistants, nice practice and waiting rooms and the doctor was really competent and friendly. Everything left a great impression and I am very sad that no new patients are currently being admitted - would have liked to move here!
