Herr Doktor nahm sich Zeit für mich und auch in der Rezeption war die Damen sehr zuvorkommend! I came to the ordination as the first patient and, like other ENT doctors, expected a long waiting time, but a miracle or luck, I only waited a short time. Doctor took time for me and the ladies at reception were very courteous!
J	Ja Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die blonde dünne Assistentin ist absolut dreist und unhöflich, kein "Hallo" kein "Aufwiedersehen", legt kommentarlos ein Rezept auf den Tisch dreht sich um und geht...ohne Erklärung dazu, ohne Aufwiedersehen zu sagen, wortlos umgedreht und gegangen, NICHTS... dann steht man als Patient da und weiß garnicht was los ist, ob man schon gehen kann, oder kommt noch was?...auf jeden Fall kein normales menschliches Verhalten.. so jemand hat in so einem Beruf nichts zu suchen, definitiv nicht geeignet um mit Menschen zu arbeiten, als Leichenbestatter perfekt geeignet. Der Arzt selber ist ein netter Mensch, aber das nützt nichts wenn man so etwas in seiner Ordination arbeiten lässt. Ab jetzt gehts zu einem anderen Arzt, nur wegen der Assistentin! The thin blonde assistant is absolutely brazen and rude, no "hello" no "goodbye", puts a recipe on the table without comment, turns and leaves ... without explanation, without saying goodbye, wordlessly turned and gone, NOTHING. .. then you stand there as a patient and don’t know what’s going on, whether you can already walk, or what’s coming? ... definitely not normal human behavior .. such a person has no business in such a profession, definitely not suitable for working with people, perfect as a mortician. The doctor himself is a nice person, but that is of no use if you let something like this work in your office. From now on, I'm going to another doctor, just because of the assistant!

Dr. Herbst ist wirklich ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Arzt, er hat uns alles sehr verständlich erklärt und sich vor allem Zeit genommen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und er hat uns gedanklich abgeholt. Herzlichen Dank. Ach ja die Praxis arbeitet ohne Terminvergabe, sondern quasi mit einer Warteliste. Mein Mann hatte von der Hausärztin eigentlich eine Überweisung für eine andere HNO-Ärztin bekommen, doch diese war terminlich ausgebucht, gab ihm aber den Tipp, zu Dr. Herbst zu gehen. Das hat sich gelohnt, auch wenn man mehr Zeit im Wartebereich einplanen muss. Das Wichtigste, meinem Mann konnte schnell und unkompliziert geholfen werden, ohne Tagelang auf einen Termin bei der anderen Ärztin warten zu müssen. Dr. Herbst nimmt sich ausführlich Zeit für die Patienten und die Assistentin ebenfalls sehr bemüht und freundlich. Fazit 100% empfehlenswert! Die Schwestern sind auch sehr bemüht, alles läuft sehr flüssig. Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden und kann diese Ordination nur empfehlen! Macht weiter so und bleibt gesund! We recommend!
