Die freundlichen Damen und beide Ärzte Arnetzl wirken beruhigend auf die teilweise aufgeregten Patienten. Mit Feingefühl und netter Unterhaltung ist der Zahnarztbesuch gar nicht mehr so schlimm. I felt good in the dentist's office. You read that right, I actually felt good. The friendly ladies and both doctors Arnetzl have a calming effect on the sometimes excited patients. With sensitivity and nice conversation, a visit to the dentist is no longer so bad.

Da sie eine Neupatientin gewesen wäre, war die Dame am Telefon dermaßen unfreundlich und fast schon frech. Wir haben uns damals schon so geärgert, dass ich dies hier jetzt auch festhalten möchte. Die Praxis hat offensichtlich mehr als genug Patienten und müssen nicht zwingend freundlich/respektvoll sein. Unfortunately, it often fails because of the assistants on the phone. I wasn't taken seriously. My wife wanted an appointment ~ 1.5 years ago. Since she would have been a new patient, the lady on the phone was so unfriendly and almost naughty. We were so annoyed at the time that I want to record this here. The practice obviously has more than enough patients and does not necessarily have to be friendly / respectful.

Vielen Dank I always had bleeding gums and a bad taste in my mouth after the treatment in Dr. Arnetzl, my gums don't bleed anymore and the bad taste is gone. Thanks very much
