S	Susi Werdegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach starken Schmerzen bin ich Freitagfrüh in der Ordination gestanden und hab meine Situation erklärt (sehr starke Schmerzen). Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit wurden 4 Röntgenbilder erstellt. 1 Stunde später hat er mir einen Kostenvoranschlag für diverse "Zahnverschönerungen" vor die Nase gehalten, wobei ich sehr schöne, gerade Zähne habe! Ich war perplex!!! Auf meine Bitte hin, er möge bitte meinen schmerzenden Zahn behandeln, alles andere ist unwichtig, kam - nachdem er kurz mit der Assistenz gesprochen hat - die Antwort: "Frau XY kommt in 45 Minuten für eine Zahnhygiene, das geht sich heute leider nicht mehr aus, aber ich gebe Ihnen Antibiotika mit". 1 Stunde später war ich bei einem anderen Zahnarzt, der festgestellt hat, dass der Zahn unter Eiter steht (sogar der Kieferknochen war schon befallen)! Dieses Verhalten von einem Kassenarzt kann man nicht tolerieren und im nachhinein - es ist bestimmt schon 3 Jahre her, ärger mich aber trotzdem noch darüber - hätte ich diesen Fall gerne der GKK gemeldet! After severe pain, I stood in the ordination Friday morning and explained my situation (very severe pain). After a waiting period of 2 hours, 4 x-rays were taken. 1 hour later he held a cost estimate for various "tooth beautification" in front of my nose, whereby I have very nice, straight teeth! I was perplexed !!! When I asked him to treat my aching tooth, everything else is unimportant, the answer came after he had spoken briefly with the assistant: "Ms. XY will come in 45 minutes for a dental hygiene, which is unfortunately no longer possible today off, but I'll give you antibiotics ". 1 hour later I was at another dentist who found that the tooth was covered in pus (even the jawbone was already affected)! One cannot tolerate this behavior from a statutory health insurance doctor and in retrospect - it must have been 3 years ago, but still annoy me about it - I would have liked to have reported this case to the GKK!

Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei meiner Behandlung an sich war alles sehr zufriedenstellend und ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. This is my first time with Dr. Kranzler in treatment and I was completely satisfied. The practice itself is very nice and modern. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Everything about my treatment was very satisfactory and I have nothing to complain about.
T	Timotheus Triebl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kurze Wartezeiten nach Terminvereinbarung. Termine werden also eingehalten. Charismatischer, sehr kompetenter Arzt. Generell sehr freundliches Personal. Garantiert schmerzfreie Behandlung, weil bei Bedarf mit lokalen Narkotika nicht gespart wird. Habe mir bereits vier Zähne dort ziehen lassen. Gegebenenfalls kommt mir aber vor, dass ein-zwei Füllungen nicht dringlich von Nöten gewesen wären, habe diesbezüglich aber keinen weiteren Arzt konsultiert und seither auch keinerlei Probleme mit den Zähnen gehabt. Nach längerer Odyssee und frustrierenden Zahnarztbesuchen, bin ich mit Herrn Doktor Kranzler sehr zufrieden und werde weiterhin meine Zähne dort behandeln lassen. 10/10 strahlend weiße Zähne von mir ;). Very short waiting times after making an appointment. Appointments are therefore kept. Charismatic, very competent doctor. Generally very friendly staff. Guaranteed pain-free treatment, because local anesthetics are not used if necessary. I already had four teeth pulled out there. If necessary, it seems to me that one or two fillings were not urgently needed, but I didn't consult any other doctor about this and haven't had any problems with my teeth since then. After a long odyssey and frustrating visits to the dentist, I am very satisfied with Dr. Kranzler and will continue to have my teeth treated there. 10/10 bright white teeth from me;).
L	Le N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowohl bei der Kontrolle, als auch bei der Mundhygiene habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich, außerdem gab es kaum Wartezeit. Besonders positiv überrascht war ich von der Zahnreinigung, da ich diesbezüglich auch schon viele schlechte Erfahrungen bei anderen Ärzten gemacht habe. Ein weiterer, nicht unwesentlicher Pluspunkt, Dr. Kranzler ist ein Kassenarzt. I have had very good experiences with both control and oral hygiene. The staff was courteous and friendly, and there was hardly any waiting time. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the teeth cleaning, because I have had many bad experiences with other doctors in this regard. Another not insignificant plus point, Dr. Kranzler is a health insurance physician.
R	Rene Plaschg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde noch am gleichen Tag rangommen weil ich schmerzen hatte. Diagnose: Zahnwurzelentzündung. Termin in 3 Wochen! Am nächsten Tag angerufen ob es früher geht. Ja, nur 2 Wochen warten... Fahre jetzt in die Zahnklinik weil es schlimmer wird. So fühlt man sich nicht gut aufgehoben! Was answered the same day because I was in pain. Diagnosis: tooth root infection. Appointment in 3 weeks! The next day called whether it was earlier. Yes, just wait 2 weeks ... Drive to the dental clinic now because it will get worse. So you don't feel in good hands!
e	eman Khater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame am Telefon war SEHR unfreundlich, hat mich angeschnauzt weil sie offensichtlich im Stress war. Wurde trotz akuten schmerzen nicht dran genommen. Leider keine Empfehlung! The lady on the phone was VERY rude, yelled at me because she was obviously stressed. Was not taken in spite of acute pain. Unfortunately no recommendation!

Der Herr Dr. redet einem beruhigend zu, wenns weh tut und die eigentliche Prozedur war sehr schnell erledigt. Danke für die rasche Hilfe, liebes Team! I visited the practice while they were covering emergency services over the weekend. Everyone in the practice was very friendly and it went really quickly. The Dr. talks to you soothingly when it hurts and the actual procedure was done very quickly. Thanks for the quick help, dear team!
A	Anna Derger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bodenlose Frechheit!!! Mein Sohn bekam Samstag auf Sonntag starke Schmerzen beim Zahn und das Zahnfleisch war sehr angeschwollen. Dieser Arzt hatte am Sonntag Bereitschaftsdienst und mein Mann fuhr mit ihm dorthin. Sie wollten meinen 6 (!) Jährigen Sohn, der noch in den Kindergarten geht, NICHT annehmen, da er keinen 3G Nachweis hatte, ein 6 JÄHRIGES KIND MIT STARKEN SCHMERZEN! Bodenlose Frechheit, da Kinder erst ab 12 Jahren einen 3G Nachweis in der Stmk haben müssen! So eine inkompetente und unverschämte Praxis habe ich noch NIE gesehen! Sehr sehr unfreundlich und einfach 0 Verständnis!!! Diese Ordination werde ich (und ich empfehle es auch jeden Anderem) definitiv meiden!!! NIE WIEDER!! Wer so mit seinen Patienten umgeht, sollte diesen Beruf nicht ausüben dürfen! Bottomless cheek!!! My son got severe pain in his tooth on Saturday and his gums were very swollen. This doctor was on call on Sunday and my husband drove there with him. They did NOT want to accept my 6 (!) year old son who is still in kindergarten because he had no 3G certificate, a 6 YEAR OLD CHILD WITH SEVERE PAIN! Bottomless cheek, since children only have to have a 3G proof in the Stmk from the age of 12! I have NEVER seen such an incompetent and rude practice! Very very rude and simply 0 understanding!!! I will definitely avoid this ordination (and I recommend it to everyone else too)!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Anyone who treats their patients like this should not be allowed to practice this profession!
