Abgesehen davon dass die Dame unfreundlich war, hat sie weder einen Blick auf die Stiefel geworfen noch irgendetwas abgemessen. Lieber wurde mir sofort ein Preis genannt der unter aller Kritik ist. Schade, denn wir waren bisher zufrieden. The 1 star goes in to the seamstress in this branch. I wanted to sew boots closer. Apart from the fact that the lady was rude, she did not look at the boots nor measure anything. Dear, I was immediately called a price that is under all criticism. Too bad, because we have been satisfied so far.

Eine Bewertung für die Beratung noch für die Bedienung kann ich leider nicht abgeben - da es leider nur für ein „Guten Morgen“ gereicht hat & wir danach komplett auf uns alleine gestellt waren. Trotz der Anwesenheit von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen und als einzige Kunden im Geschäft. Der eine Stern ist jedoch als positiv zu sehen - da die Patschen recht gut sortiert waren. Aber ohne Beratung bzgl Göße & Passform hilft das leider auch nicht viel weiter. Schuhe bzw Patschen wurden von der selben Marke inkl. wirklich netter Beratung zum selben Preis wo anders gekauft. Unfortunately, I cannot give a rating for the advice nor for the service - because unfortunately it was only enough for a "good morning" & we were completely on our own afterwards. Despite the presence of two employees and the only customer in the shop. One star, however, can be seen as positive - as the patches were sorted quite well. But unfortunately that doesn't help much without advice on size and fit. Shoes or slippers were bought from the same brand including really nice advice at the same price elsewhere.

Seit ein paar Jahren hat die Qualität der Maßschuhe stark abgenommen, und musste jedes Mal reklamieren. Die Kommunikation ist vor allem unpersönlich und man wird als Kunde so schnell wie möglich abgefertigt, ohne auf die Wünsche wirklich eingehen zu wollen. Ich bekomme jedes Jahr EIN Paar orthopädische Schuhe von der Kasse und die Firma Schuster Schalk übernimmt gerne alle Aufträge direkt im Kinderklinikum Graz nach ihrer Verordnung vom Arzt an, was ich für eine Frechheit erachte und würde den besorgten Eltern nicht weiterempfehlen! Of course I suffer from having to give a negative rating, but you could also have checked the shoes before handing them in! For a few years now, the quality of bespoke shoes has deteriorated significantly and I have had to complain every time. The communication is above all impersonal and you as a customer are dealt with as quickly as possible without really wanting to respond to the wishes. I get ONE pair of orthopedic shoes from the cash register every year and the Schuster Schalk company is happy to take over all orders directly in the Graz Children's Hospital after your doctor's prescription, which I consider a cheek and would not recommend the concerned parents!

Eine Dame ist offensichtlich überfordert, die zweite Dame erklärt, warum man nicht auf eine kleine Reparatur warten kann, obwohl dies früher möglich war, die dritte Dame würdigt uns keines Blickes - an ihr geht jeder Kunde spurlos vorüber , sie hat scheinbar eine leitende Position....... Kundenservice bzw Freundlichkeit sieht für uns anders aus Helga und Wilfried Kosar H Personnel is not the same as it used to be: The customer has to wait until the staff has finished speaking !! One lady is obviously overwhelmed, the second lady explains why you can't wait for a small repair, although this was possible earlier, the third lady doesn't look at us - every customer passes her by without a trace, she apparently has a managerial position. ...... Customer service or friendliness looks different for us Helga and Wilfried Kosar H
