In kurzer Zeit werden unsere Behandlungen durchgeführt. Wir müssen nie lange warten. Auf unsere Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Das Team ist sehr kompetent. Wir werden auch in Zukunft zu Fr. Dr Gsellmann gehen. My girlfriend, my daughter and I have been going to Fr. Gsellmann. We are always treated very friendly. In a short time our treatments are carried out. We never have to wait long. Our wishes will be answered immediately. The team is very competent. We will go to Fr. Dr Gsellmann in the future too.

J	Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam zur Kontrolle und da die letzte Zahnreinigung noch nicht lange her war, bat ich die Ärztin mir nur den Zahnstein an den unteren Schneidezähne zu entfernen. Sie kam meiner bitte nach, jedoch war sie extrem grob, desinteressiert und ungenau. In weniger als einer Minute war sie fertig. Der Zahnstein wurde nur ganz schlecht entfernt und mein Zahnfleisch derartig verletzt, dass ich Stunden später noch Blut spuckte. Es waren zu dieser Zeit keine weiteren Leute im Warteraum. Daher hab ich kein Verständnis für so eine schlechte und schmerzhafte Behandlung. Dort sieht mich keiner mehr. I came for a check-up and since the last teeth cleaning was not long ago, I asked the doctor to remove only the tartar on my lower incisors. She complied with me please, but she was extremely rough, disinterested and imprecise. It was done in less than a minute. The tartar was poorly removed and my gums were so injured that hours later I spit up blood. There were no other people in the waiting room at that time. So I have no sympathy for such a bad and painful treatment. Nobody sees me there anymore.
R	Richard B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Ärztin, bin seit einigen Jahren zu Ihr gewechselt. Man bekommt als Schmerzpatient sehr schnell einen Termin und die Fr. Dr. gibt sich sichtlich Mühe Problemen auf den Grund zu gehen und gleichzeitig aber auch die Wünsche des Patienten zu berücksichtigen. Very friendly doctor, I switched to her a few years ago. As a pain patient, you get an appointment very quickly and Ms. Dr. obviously makes an effort to get to the bottom of problems and at the same time to take into account the wishes of the patient.
K	Kati P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachtrag nach 5 Jahren als Patientin: Ich war vor ca. 1,5 Monaten zur Mundhygiene (mache ich dort jährlich) dort und wurde geröntgt, weil 2 Füllungen gemacht wurden. Die Mundhygiene war nicht atemberaubend. Es wurden nicht mal die Zwischenräume gereinigt (war schon öfters so und sollte eigentlich Standard in der Mundhygiene sein). Diese Woche war ich auf der Zahnklinik, weil anscheinend meine entstehende Periimplantitis übersehen wurde und das Implantat (liegt neben den behandelnden Zähnen) nun zu eitern begonnen hat. Der Knochenabbau ist bereits fortgeschritten. Dieser Zustand sollte auf den Röntgenbildern aber bereits ersichtlich gewesen sein, da es laut den Ärzten im LKH nicht von heute auf morgen entsteht. Ich bin darüber sehr enttäuscht und werde diese Praxis nicht mehr aufsuchen. Jetzt entstehen enorme Kosten und eine unnötige OP um das Implantat nicht zu verlieren. Addendum after 5 years as a patient: I was there about 1.5 months ago for oral hygiene (I do it there every year) and was x-rayed because 2 fillings were done. The oral hygiene was not breathtaking. Not even the gaps were cleaned (this has happened several times and should actually be standard in oral hygiene). This week I was at the dental clinic because apparently my emerging peri-implantitis was overlooked and the implant (located next to the treated teeth) has now started to fester. Bone resorption is already advanced. However, this condition should already have been visible on the X-rays, since according to the doctors at the LKH it does not happen overnight. I am very disappointed and will no longer be going to this practice. Now there are enormous costs and an unnecessary operation in order not to lose the implant.

Vom Termin abmachen über die Aufnahme und Wartezeit, bis zur Behandlung hätte dieses Team zehn Sterne verdient! Danke und bis bald!! Weiter so ?? They say five stars is perfect, but that's not true! M	Mathias H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Weg zum Zahnarzt ist nie ein angenehmer. Doch die Frau Dr. und ihr gesamtes Team sind sehr bemüht um die Behandlung so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wurzelbehandlung mit Füllung, professionelle Zahnreinigung, Behandlung eines bereits gemachten Zahn war bis jetzt Resultat ihrer Arbeit und mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Natürlich ging das ganze nicht in einer Sitzung und so musste ich natürlich 4 - 5 Sitzungen hinnehmen. Aber ich kann die Ordination nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die bisherige Arbeit an das gesamte Team The way to the dentist is never a pleasant one. But Dr. and her entire team try very hard to make the treatment as pleasant as possible. Root canal treatment with filling, professional tooth cleaning, treatment of an already made tooth has been the result of your work so far and I am more than satisfied with the result. Of course the whole thing didn't work in one session and so of course I had to put up with 4 - 5 sessions. But I can only recommend the ordination! Thank you for the work so far to the entire team
B	Bernd Heimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Zahnärztin nicht weiterempfehlen. Was heißt weiterempfehlen, ich würde abraten dahin zu gehen. Sie hat mir jetzt schon so viele Zähne verpfuscht, wo ich dachte - ich habe halt schlechte Zähne und es liegt daran. Aber seit ich den Zahnarzt gewechselt habe kann ich wieder normal Essen ohne dauernd bei fast jedem Biss über Schmerzen zu jammern. Der neue Zahnarzt hat mir in zwei Behandlungen das gerichtet was sie mir in unzähligen Behandlungen verhaut hat... Wenigstens die Mundhygiene war ok in dieser Praxis, aber seit alle Assistentinnen weg sind ist das auch nicht mehr so wie es war. I cannot recommend this dentist. What do you mean to recommend, I would advise against going there. She's screwed up so many teeth for me now that I thought - I just have bad teeth and that's because of that. But since I changed dentists I can eat normally again without complaining about pain with almost every bite. In two treatments, the new dentist repaired what she gave me in countless treatments ... At least the oral hygiene was ok in this practice, but since all the assistants have left it is no longer the way it was.
