M	Manuel N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Doktor Heydenreich ist ein besonders einfühlsamer Allgemeinmediziner der auch ein wirklich guter Diagnostiker ist. Er nimmt sich immer ausführlich Zeit und erklärt mir auch die Hintergründe erinner Medikation, Diagnose oder Überweisung. Es gibt kaum noch Kassenärzte die sich heutzutage genug Zeit nehmen. Ich war schon bei vielen Ärzten und es war eigentlich immer so dass sobald man eine Frage stellt Wenn überhaupt dann nur ganz kurz zugehört wird und der Arzt einem dann sofort das Gefühl gibt keine Zeit mehr zu haben. Bei Dr Heidenreich ist es nicht der Fall, er lässt einem gerne aussprechen und unterbricht nicht! Ich finde das besonders wichtig denn wenn ein Arzt nicht zuhören kann kann er keine gute Diagnose stellen Er verdient die fünf Sterne absolut Doctor Heydenreich is a particularly empathetic general practitioner who is also a really good diagnostician. He always takes a lot of time and also explains the background of the medication, diagnosis or referral. There are hardly any physicians who take enough time these days. I have been to many doctors and it has always been that as soon as you ask a question, if at all then only very briefly listened to and the doctor immediately gives you the feeling that you have no time left. It is not the case with Dr Heidenreich, he likes to express his opinion and does not interrupt! I find that particularly important because if a doctor can not listen he can not make a good diagnosis He absolutely deserves the five stars
S	Semir Pobric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir am 23.12.2020 um 9.30 eine Spritze (Allergietherapie) verabreichen lassen, da mein Hausarzt im Urlaub ist, wurde beinhart weggeschickt mit den Worten wir machen sowas nicht Aussage am Empfang. Danke werd diese Ordination nie wieder aufsuchen. Vielleicht ist der Arzt kompetent aber mein Anliegen hat dort niemanden interessiert. Frohe Weihnachten I wanted to have an injection (allergy therapy) administered to me on December 23rd, 2020 at 9.30 am, since my family doctor is on vacation, was sent away extremely hard with the words we do not make a statement at reception. Entweder kommst du nicht durch oder es läuft in der Ordinationszeit der Anrufbeantworter der dir sagt wann die Ordination geöffnet ist oder sein sollte. Wenn man dringend etwas braucht ist man hier verloren. Außerdem mag sein, dass der Arzt gut ist, kann ich nicht sagen, denn in dem einen Jahr in dem ich dort Patient bin, hat der Arzt noch kein einziges Mal ein persönliches Gespräch mit mir geführt. Außer Rezepte verschrieben. Eigentlich komisch ? Absoluter Horror ....telefonisch nie oder nur wenn man Glück hat erreichbar....wenn man eine Anfrage hat oder Medikamente braucht absoluter Wahnsinn.....der Arzt jedoch ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich für seine Patienten Zeit....
