Und mir wurde auch nicht mal gesagt was ich habe sondern gleich den Rezept gegeben und weggeschickt...ich musste zum Donauspital weil es nicht anders ging und weil das einfach ein Notfall war und ich habe das denen erzählt und die haben Augen gemacht...sowas geht gar nicht!!!!!!!??? Crazy .... I was only accepted by the assistants and not by the doctor personally. And I wasn't even told what I had, but instead gave the prescription and sent it away ... I had to go to the Donauspital because there was no other way and because it was just an emergency and I told them and they looked ... that's not possible !!!!!!! ???

Nachfrage konnte man mir nicht weiterhelfen, ich solle doch erneut in die Klinik kommen und dann wurde das Gespräch mitten im Satz abgebrochen. Ab heute ist sie 2 Wochen im Urlaub. Habe jetzt beide Impfungen und muss mich nach wie vor testen lassen, weil ich keine einzige Bestätigung bekommen habe... Bei allen anderen Ärzten klappt das wunderbar mit Emails. Nur nicht hier. Ich war schon zuvor sehr unzufrieden mit Dr. Mastan. Heute war es die Krönung. I had both corona vaccinations behind me and never got a confirmation. Also after tel. When asked, they couldn't help me, I should come back to the clinic and then the conversation was broken off in the middle of a sentence. From today she is on vacation for 2 weeks. I	Ich bin Ich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die beste Ärztin die ich bisher hatte. Immer die richtige Diagnose. Manchmal hatte ich das Gefühl, zu schnell mit einem Rezept abgespeist zu werden. Aber im Nachhinein hatte sie immer richtig gelegen! Supernette Damen am Empfang und kurze Wartezeiten, sogar bei relativ kurzfristigen Terminen. The best doctor I've ever had. Always the right diagnosis. Sometimes I had the feeling that I was being fobbed off with a recipe too quickly. But in retrospect she was always right! Super nice ladies at the reception and short waiting times, even for relatively short-term appointments.

Sie sagt kein problem ich komme dort hin auf einmal ist meine e card gesprärt und die können nichts machen außer mich ohne Meine medizin raus. Hört nicht wirklich zu und nur Ihre Meinung ist richtig. Sie hatte mich belehrt, weil ich nicht geimpft bin, dass genau durch solche Menschen wie ich, das Corona verbreitet wird und mir für den nächsten Tag einen Impftermin verschrieben. Mein Problem wegen was ich eigentlich dort war? Wurde nicht gelöst. Natürlich bin ich auf den darauf folgenden Tag nicht impfen gegangen. Sie hat eine sehr manipulierbare Art. Da ich aber mit mir selbst sehr im reinen bin, konnte ich sie lesen und verstehen was Ihre Absichten sind. Ich kann euch nur ehrlich sagen und empfehlen, die Frau Dr. Atousa Mastan nicht zu besuchen. Es gibt viel freundlicher Ärzte und welche die aus reinen Herzen handeln, sich Zeit für euch nehmen. Sie denkt nur an Ihre Absichten und will diese auf die Mitbürger sprich Ihre Patienten abschirmen. Gott sei Dank, besitze ich schon immer die Begabung, dass ich von Menschen in Sekunden ihr wahres Gesicht erkennen kann. Ich hoffe, dass ich einigen Patienten ein Leid ersparen kann. Ich war die letzten Jahre schon unglücklich, weil man im Grunde nie untersucht wird, sondern immer sofort ein Medikament verschrieben bekommt. Aber diese Woche war echt die Krönung, nach einem Urintest der meine Vermutung (eines Nicht-Mediziners) einer Blasenentzündung nicht bestätigt hat, wurde es mir verweigert mit der Ärztin zu sprechen. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitte mich aufgrund akuter Beschwerden mit Dr. Mastan zu sprechen zu lassen, ließ man mich nicht zu ihr. Stattdessen ließ sie mir, ohne überhaupt zu wissen was meine Beschwerden sind, von der Empfangsdame ausrichten, ich solle doch bitte zu einem Facharzt. Absolute Frechheit, auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen!! Bitte geht nicht dorthin, wenn ihr erwartet in einer Situation in der es euch nicht gut geht, beim Arzt gut behandelt zu werden.
