Bevor ich dort angekommen bin hat mir die Dame am Telefon bereits gesagt, dass ich warten muss da 2 Patienten schon vor mir dran kommen werden.. Habe gewartet gewartet und 4 weitere Patienten wurden bedient. Auf einmal wurde noch eine Patienten aufgerufen und ich habe den Arzt gefragt wann ich dran komme. Mit einem arroganten Gesicht sagte er mir, die Dame hat ein Termin und schloss die Tür vor meinen Augen. Dann sollen sie mir nicht sagen ich muss nur auf 2 Patienten warten.. Dann kann jeder kommen und gehen und ich warte bis ich Glück habe.!!!! Today I wanted to register for the first time there .. Before I arrived there, the lady on the phone has already told me that I have to wait since 2 patients will come in front of me. I waited and 4 other patients were served. All of a sudden a patient was called and I asked the doctor when it would be my turn. With an arrogant face, he told me the lady has an appointment and closed the door in front of my eyes. Then you should not tell me I just have to wait for 2 patients .. Then everyone can come and go and I'll wait until I'm lucky !!!!

Er ist ehrlich, korrekt und erklärt sehr einfühlsam. Ich hoffe er bleibt uns noch lange in dieser Praxis. Danke! Mr. Dr. Syen takes the necessary time for his patients! Where else is there? S	Sam Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG Inkompetentes Sekretariat: erstmal 10 Minuten auf die Sekretärin warten, dann unfreundlichst behandelt werden und obwohl sie etwas wegschicken sollte, passiert nach drei Wochen noch immer nichts. Dann 2 unerfreuliche Telefonate später in denen ich meinen Namen drei mal wiederholen musste bevor sie sich ihn gemerkt hatte, hatte sie sich endlich dazu überwinden können die Informationen wegzuschicken. Ich kann Ihnen nur davon abraten, Ihre Nerven und Ihre Zeit an so einem Ort zu verschwenden. Mit besten Grüßen, und der Hoffnung auf ein Zeitalter mit kompetenteren Angestellten, die NICHT mit Ihrer Fahrlässigkeit andere Menschen behindern und den Ruf der Praxis NICHT durch den Bauernhof ziehen, wobei das eine Beleidigung für jeden anständigen Bauern wäre. PS: Somit schreibe ich hier erstaunt über das Ausmaß der Inkompetenz meine erste Google Rezension. ATTENTION Incompetent secretary: first wait for 10 minutes for the secretary, then treated rudely and even though she should send something away, nothing happens after three weeks. Then 2 unpleasant phone calls later, in which I had to repeat my name three times before she had noticed him, she had finally overcome the information to send away. I can only advise you against wasting your nerves and your time in such a place. With best regards, and the hope of an age with more competent employees who will NOT interfere with other people's negligence and NOT pull the call of practice through the farm, which would be an insult to any decent farmer. PS: So here I am amazed at the extent of incompetence my first Google review.
B	B.J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr syen ist absolut spitze ! ausgesprochen kompetent und sehr bemüht ! Bin sehr zufrieden und werde bis zu seiner pension bei ihm in Behandlung bleiben. Mit Termin nie Wartezeiten bis auf maximal 5 Minuten gehabt. Freundlicher Umgang mit den Patienten und man fühlt sich absolut wohl da man merkt das dieser Mann Ahnung auf seinen gebiet hat ! Mr. syen is absolutely great! extremely competent and tried very hard! I am very satisfied and will stay with him until his retirement. With an appointment never had to wait up to 5 minutes. Friendly treatment of the patients and you feel absolutely comfortable because you can tell that this man has a clue about his area!
I	I am Recycler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man hat mich zehn Minuten warten lassen, um mir zu sagen, dass ich nicht drangenommen werde. Pünktlich ins Wochenende zu gehen hat wohl oberste Priorität.. Bin sehr enttäuscht!!!! I was kept waiting ten minutes to tell me that I was not being caught. Going into the weekend on time is probably the top priority. Am very disappointed!!!!

Die Wahl dieses Arztes war ein echter Glücksgriff. I went to Dr. Syen: He takes the time it takes, answers all questions without looking at the clock and empathizes with the patient's situation. Choosing this doctor was a real stroke of luck.
