a	aLien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher eine Ärztin welche sehr gut diagnostizierte, heute leider nur moch genervt und die Behandlung ist auch dementsprechend schlecht. Habe paar Besuche abgewartet, da ich bereits seit Jahren dort bin, aber es wird immer schlimmer, deshalb muss ich nun doch eine Rezession schreiben. Auch Blutbefunde werden trotz auffälligen Werten ignoriert mit dem Kommentar "das kann alles sein, muss aber nicht",auch wenn die Beschwerden nicht nachlassen. Auch am Schalter wird oftmal sehr höflich mit einem gesprochen, sobald sich jedoch etwas mehr Aufkommen anbahnt, steht ihnen der Stress ins Gesicht geschrieben und der Umgang wird dementsprechend abfällig! Leider, sehr schade aber so etwas ist nicht akzeptabel Formerly a doctor who diagnosed very well, today unfortunately just annoyed and the treatment is correspondingly bad. Unfortunately, a shame, but something like that is not acceptable
A	Andrea Fleischmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordination von Frau Dr. Ackerl ist top ausgestattet, ein Self-Checkin wurde installiert und somit reduzierten sich die Wartezeiten zur Anmeldung bei den Ordinationshilfen. Es wird penibel darauf geachtet, dass sich nicht zu viele PatientInnen im Warteraum befinden, was besonders in diesen schwierigen Zeiten sehr von Vorteil ist. Die beiden Ordinationshilfen sind äußerst liebenswürdig und freundlich und auch am Telefon immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit, nehmen sich für alle Fragen Zeit und sind nie ungeduldig. Frau Dr. Ackerl ist eine über die Maßen kompetente Ärztin, die empathisch auf ihre PatientInnen eingeht und sehr gründliche und genaue Untersuchungen vornimmt. Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Patientin in der Ordination und habe mich kein einziges Mal schlecht betreut und behandelt gefühlt. Die negativen Rezensionen hier kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Ich kann die Ordination nur in vollem Umfang empfehlen. The ordination of Dr. Ackerl is well equipped, a self-check-in has been installed and thus the waiting times for registering with the ordination aids have been reduced. Meticulous care is taken to ensure that there are not too many patients in the waiting room, which is particularly beneficial in these difficult times. The two ordination assistants are extremely amiable and friendly and always very nice and helpful on the phone, take time for all questions and are never impatient. Miss Dr. Ackerl is an extremely competent doctor who is empathetic to her patients and carries out very thorough and precise examinations. I have been a patient in the ordination for many years and never once felt badly cared for or treated. I can't understand the negative reviews here in any way. I can only fully recommend the ordination.

Ja - die Wartezeit ist manchmal echt extrem, vor allem die Warteschlangen, wenn man eigentlich nur ein Rezept holen möchte - deshalb auch einen Stern Abzug. Frau Dr. Ackerl ist allerdings eine sehr kompetente, sympathische Ärztin die toll auf Patienten eingeht. Auch die Assistentinnen sind top - vor allem die Dame mit der tollen Kurzhaarfrisur!! Manchmal sollte man halt bedenken, wie man in den Wald hinein schreit.... I can not really understand the many negative reviews. Yes - the waiting time is sometimes really extreme, especially the queues, if you really just want to get a recipe - that's why a star deduction. Miss Dr. Ackerl is, however, a very competent, personable doctor who responds well to patients. The assistants are also great - especially the lady with the great short hairstyle !! Sometimes you should consider how to shout into the forest ....
W	Willi Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon seit Jahren Patient bei Fr Dr Ackerl und kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Es ist klar, dass es von Zeit zu Zeit zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann, ich habe aber noch keinen Arzt/Ambulanz erlebt wo das anders war. Fr Dr Ackerl ist eine sehr kompetente und sympathische Ärztin, die Ordi modern wie keine andere und das neue Anmeldesystem ist eine super Idee! Vielleicht geht es damit für den ein oder anderen dann ja schneller :) I have been a patient at Dr Ackerl for years and I absolutely cannot understand the sometimes bad reviews. It is clear that there may be longer waiting times from time to time, but I have not yet seen a doctor / ambulance where it was different. Dr Ackerl is a very competent and personable doctor, the Ordi is modern like no other and the new registration system is a great idea! Maybe it will be faster for one or the other :)
S	S W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mehr als 30 min. vor Ende der Öffnungszeit in der Ordination. 3 Patienten waren vor mir. Als ich dann an der Reihe war sagte mir die "nette" Rezeptionistin, dass sie mich nicht mehr aufnehmen kann obwohl ich (wie ausgewiesen) mehr als 30 min. vor Ordinationsschluss da war! Was in the ordination more than 30 minutes before the end of the opening hours. 3 patients were in front of me. When it was my turn the "nice" receptionist told me that she could no longer accept me even though I was there more than 30 minutes before the ordination closes (as shown)!
L	Lala Gogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärztin top, Ordigehilfin flop. Schade um das tolle Ärzteteam, Ordigehilfin (schwarzhaarig) leider völlig unkooperativ und präpotent. Unsere Familie wird leider wechseln. Doctor top, clerk flop. It's a shame about the great team of doctors, the orderly assistant (black-haired) is unfortunately completely uncooperative and overbearing. Unfortunately, our family will change.
S	Sasch G34 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittlerweile mein Hausarzt seit ca. 9 Jahren und ich pers. kann Sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Da ich leider auch schon zu anderen Ärzten (außerhalb der Ordinationszeit) musste, weiß ich um so mehr die kompetente und freundliche Behandlung zu schätzen. Frau Ackerl und auch ihr Ärzteamteam machen meines Erachtens nach, einen hervorragenden Job, die Wartezeiten sind gegenüber anderen Ordinationen auch eher angenehm. Gerade heutzutage ist das alles keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr, deshalb schätze ich diese Ordination umso mehr. Meanwhile my family doctor for about 9 years and I personally can only warmly recommend you. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Since I unfortunately had to see other doctors (outside of the office hours), I appreciate the competent and friendly treatment all the more. In my opinion, Ms. Ackerl and her team of doctors are doing an excellent job, the waiting times are also rather pleasant compared to other ordinations. Nowadays in particular, none of this can be taken for granted, which is why I appreciate this ordination all the more.

Am Empfang massgeregelt zu werden geht dann doch ein bisschen zu weit. An Überheblichkeit nicht zu übertreffen! Bin schockiert und traurig zu sehen wie es Mitarbeitern die in der Dienstleistung arbeiten an selbstreflektion so sehr fehlen kann! I've been in this practice for 14 years now, but today was the last time I was there. The tone of voice is unacceptable. Being reprimanded at reception is going a bit too far. Not to be surpassed in arrogance! I am shocked and saddened to see how service workers can lack self-reflection so much!
