★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich vorangegangene Meinungen nur bestätigen. Trotz Termin mehr als eine Stunde Wartezeit. Personal wirklich sehr unfreundlich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 Minuten Wartezeit, obwohl ich einen Termin hatte ist in Zeiten von Corona unverantwortlich.
Und jetzt muss ich zwei Monate auf eine MRT Untersuchung warten. Früherer Termin trotz Schmerzen nicht möglich, ich solle es bei einem Krankenhaus versuchen.
45 minutes of waiting, even though I had an appointment, is irresponsible in times of Corona.
And now I have to wait two months for an MRI scan. Earlier appointment not possible despite pain, I should try a hospital.

Wartezeit trotz Schmerzen 2 MONATE. Geht gar nicht sorry.
Pain in the shoulder due to a ruptured tendon. Hell of a pain. Inquiry about MRT appointment on January 31st. Information dr. Karner: Next appointment on March 31st.
Waiting time despite pain 2 MONTHS. It's not possible sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ein super Ärzteteam! Aber die Dame beim Empfang, Frau M., hat meiner Meinung nach mit so "viel" Freundlichkeit nichts in einer Praxis oder Ordination zu suchen! Wenn man die "nette" Dame schlecht Verstanden hat, was zu diesen Zeiten mit Makse und Co. Ja nicht so abwegig ist wird man gleich angemotzt und unfreundlich behandelt. Werde mir in Zukunft ein anderes Röntgenlabor suchen wo auch beim Empfang ein netter Patientenumgang herrscht! Hätte ich mich ansonsten nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt wären es 0 Sterne.
Basically a great team of doctors! But the lady at the reception, Ms. M., has nothing to do with being so "much" friendly in a practice or surgery! If you misunderstood the "nice" lady, which at these times with Makse and Co. is not so absurd, you will be mobbed and treated unfriendly. In the future, I will look for another X-ray laboratory where the reception also treats patients nicely! If I hadn't felt otherwise in good hands, it would have been 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe die negativen Einträge garnicht. Ich hatte einen Termin um 8.45 und kam sogar zeitiger dran, weil ich schon eher dort war. Alle Damen und Ärzte waren sehr freundlich und einfühlsam (ich hatte Angst vor dem Venen Zugang). Ich war wirklich SEHR zufrieden!!!
I don't understand the negative posts at all. I had an appointment at 8:45 and got there even earlier because I was there earlier. All the ladies and doctors were very friendly and empathetic (I was afraid of the vein access). I was really VERY satisfied!!!
