M	Mizzi Rüsselchen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bearbeitung meines Einspruchs hat 2 Jahre und 4,5 Monate gedauert. Für die Strafverfügung hat Neusiedl auch schon 4,5 Monate gebraucht. Nach 4,5 Monaten weiß man noch ganz genau was damals los war. Aber sie haben 3 Jahre Zeit. Eigentlich ein Wunder, das ich jetzt schon eine Nachricht erhalten habe, wo noch 3 Monate bis zur Verjährung sind. Bravo BH Neusiedl am See! It took 2 years and 4.5 months to process my objection. It has already taken Neusiedl 4.5 months for the penal order. After 4.5 months you still know exactly what was going on back then. But you have 3 years. Actually a miracle that I have already received a message, where there are still 3 months until the statute of limitations. Bravo BH Neusiedl am See!
E	Ernst Vugodits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mehrmals versucht telefonisch einen Termin zu bekommen, keine Chance. Wollte meinen Führerschein verlängern, die Frist endet am 9.8. Wenn jemand im Urlaub ist, oder der Diensthabende eine längere Kaffeepause macht, gibt es keine Möglichkeit auf einen Termin. Eigentlich sollten die Herrschaften für die Bürger da sein....Oder ??? Tried several times to get an appointment by phone, no chance. I wanted to extend my driver's license, the deadline ends on August 9th. If someone is on vacation or the person on duty is taking a longer coffee break, there is no possibility of an appointment. Actually, the gentlemen should be there for the citizens .... Or ???

Unfreundlich und ahnungslos hoch 3 diese Behörde ! I would give 0 stars if it was possible... have tel. want to ask about the free test result, you will be asked rudely if I can't wait! Unfriendly and clueless high 3 this authority!

Jedes Dorf hat eine kompetentere Besetzung vor allem in Zeiten wie diesen. Never reachable by phone. Reaching the Pope seems easier. Simply sad for a CITY. Each village has a more competent cast especially in times like these.

C	Chantal Steger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass man nicht 0 Punkte geben kann. Es fühlt sich absolut keiner für Personen die in Quarantäne sind zuständig. Man sitzt und wartet verzweifelt auf Informationen und am Wochenende hat man sowieso Pech! CT-Wert, Absonderung etc. alles hat man selber umständlich über E-Mail nachfragen müssen… zu unfähig alles in einer Nachricht zu verfassen! Einfach nervig und umständlich.. frag mich wirklich wie ältere Menschen das machen. Too bad you can't give 0 points. Absolutely no one feels responsible for people who are in quarantine. You sit and wait desperately for information and you're unlucky at the weekend anyway! CT value, separation etc. you had to ask for everything yourself via e-mail... too incapable to write everything in one message! Just annoying and cumbersome.. really wonder how older people do it.

Telefonisch ist die BH nicht erreichbar - man fällt sofort aus der Leitung. Auf eMail reagiert leider auch niemand. Bei 1450 landet man in Wien, bei der Weiterleitung ins Burgenland kam ich dann in Niederösterreich raus. Was soll man noch alles tun? Ich brauche dringend Hilfe für meinen Mann! Corona is not nice anyway. When you have it and don't get help, you feel very alone. The BH cannot be reached by phone - you fall off the line immediately. Unfortunately, no one responds to emails. At 1450 you end up in Vienna, when I was forwarded to Burgenland I ended up in Lower Austria. What else is there to do? I need urgent help for my husband!

Nachdem ich telefoniert hatte, ob mein Termin für die behördliche Testung sicherlich nicht vergessen wird und man hatte mich versichert, dass ich den Termin sicherlich rechtzeitig zugeschickt bekommen werde, hat man das prompt vergessen. Telefonisch sind sie nicht erreichbar, obwohl wir bestimmt über 100 mal probiert haben. Leider sind immer alle Leitungen besetzt. Es ist ja eh Wurst, ob ich noch ein paar Tage in Quarantäne sitze. Today is the 10th day of my quarantine and I should be tested. After I phoned to see if my appointment for the official test would certainly not be forgotten and I was assured that I would certainly get the appointment in time, they promptly forgot. They cannot be reached by phone, although we have probably tried more than 100 times. Unfortunately, all lines are always busy. It's a sausage anyway, whether I'll be in quarantine for a few more days.
