Ich habe irgendwo andere gefunden meine jetzige Versicherung, man merken gleich das die Person mache keine Leute mit andere Haut Farbe wie hat bei mir passiert

Schult eure Leute besser ein oder gebt die Zulassungsberechtigung ab.
The lady at the 2nd table isn't even able to make a simple change of address.
Better train your people or give up the authorization.
