Great dentist, very precise and sensitive, very nice, bright ordination & short waiting time - highly recommended! Oral hygiene was also very good!
S	Sebastian Stampfel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle Ordination. Das Team wirkt genervt von der Anwesenheit von Patienten und will diese so schnell wie möglich loswerden. Also bleibt die Besuchszeit selbst bei komplizierterer Behandlung unter 30 Minuten. Bekommt man eine Injektion, wird nicht geduldig auf die Wirkung gewartet, sondern Mangels Zeit einfach noch eine Dosis nachgereicht. In meinen Augen ein gefährliches Vorgehen. Was andere Zahnärzte der Region in einer Sitzung erledigen, wird hier auf 4 Sitzungen aufgeteilt. Man sollte also mehrere Monate einplanen, will man sich den Personen dieser Ordination anvertrauen. (Als Kassenpatient also auch die Fachgebietsbeschränkung pro Quartal!) Es wird nicht der Eindruck vermittelt, einem Helfen zu wollen. Behandlungen werden mit dem Patienten nicht besprochen bzw. erfährt man nur durch mehrmaliges Nachfragen, was jetzt eigentlich passiert bzw. passiert ist. Der Informationsfluss ist seichter als der angrenzende See. Das komplette Team behandelt einen von oben herab. Ebenfalls scheint es Probleme mit der Buchhaltung zu geben, so dass behauptet wird, man habe etwas nicht bezahlt. Zeigt man dann den Zahlungsbeleg vor, gesteht sich niemand einen Fehler ein und auf eine Entschuldigung wartet man vergebens. Preise sind undurchsichtig und wirken willkürlich festgelegt. ("Das kann zwischen 60 und 160 € kosten.") Tastefully furnished, bright ordination. The team seems annoyed by the presence of patients and wants to get rid of them as soon as possible. What other dentists in the region do in one session is divided into 4 sessions. So you should plan for several months if you want to entrust yourself to the people of this ordination. (As a statutory health insurance patient, there is also a quarterly specialist area restriction!) It does not give the impression of wanting to help. Treatments are not discussed with the patient or you can only find out by asking several times what is actually happening or has happened now. The flow of information is shallower than the adjacent lake. The whole team treats you from above. There also seem to be problems with the accounting, so that it is claimed that something has not been paid for. If you then show the payment receipt, nobody will admit a mistake and you wait in vain for an apology. Prices are opaque and seem arbitrary. ("That can cost between 60 and 160 €.")

Man hört auch von allen Ecken, dass teure Behandlungen empfohlen werden, welche von anderen Ärzten als nicht notwendig erachtet werden. Wir haben auch eine Zahnspange aufgebrummt bekommen, die eher kontraproduktiv war. Unfortunately, we did not have any good experiences. It is also heard from all corners that expensive treatments are recommended, which are considered unnecessary by other doctors. We also got braces on braces that were rather counterproductive.
G	Gerhard Lustik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Zahnärztin wurden bei mir hier 3 oder 4 Probleme gefunden, die aber bei einer anderen Zahnärztin im Ausland und danach auch in Österreich nicht gefunden wurden ! Eine Ähnliche Situation hatte mir meine Kollegin erzählt, dies ist ihrer Bekannten passiert. Ich bin kein Zahnarzt und kann es nicht fachmännisch beurteilen aber ich persönlich würde diese Ordination nicht mehr empfehlen. The dentist found 3 or 4 problems with me, but they were not found with another dentist abroad and then also in Austria! My colleague told me a similar situation; this happened to her acquaintance. I am not a dentist and cannot judge it professionally, but personally I would not recommend this practice any more.
