D	Dr. Test on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei mir durchgefallen! Bitte unbedingt einen schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlag einholen, ansonsten kommt es zu bösen Überraschungen,... Verbale Abmachungen werden nicht einmal Ansatzweise eingehalten! Beim Erstgespräch verlief alles wunderbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne moderne neue Praxis, noch bemühte Mitarbeiter. Nachdem man die eine oder andere Dienstleistungen aufgrund sehr hohen Preisen nicht sofort annimmt um ein Vergleichsangebot einzuholen, bekommt man die wahre Seite, wie z.B. die pampige und reservierte fast angebiederte Art zu spüren! Man wird belehrend ruhig gestellt und bekommt ein sehr negatives Gefühl mit am Weg. Sehr schade, angesichts der sehr hohen Dienstleistungspreisen. Anbei möchte ich noch bemerken, dass eine der Assistentinnen sehr starke Raucherin sein dürfte, da man den Rauch im Gewand mitbekommt und den Rauchmundgeruch sogar durch den Mundschutz bei einer €110,- Mundhiegene als Patient zum Riechen bekommt! Gefällt mir gar nicht und ein absolutes „nogo“ in diesem Gewerbe,.. Es gibt in der Umgebung Trumau sicherlich gewiss besseres Adressen um freundlich, kompetent und ehrlich bedient zu werden! Mich und meine Familie sind sie auf jeden Fall als Patient los. (Ich beurteile aus subjektiver Sicht und möchte keineswegs die Geschäfte negativ beeinflussen!) Failed with me! Please be sure to get a written quote, otherwise there will be nasty surprises ... Verbal agreements are not even adhered to! At the first meeting, everything was wonderful, friendly and courteous. Nice modern new practice, still hard-working employees. After not immediately accepting one or the other services due to very high prices to get a comparison offer, you get the real side, such as to feel the pampy and reserved almost cultivated way! You are calmly instructed and get a very negative feeling along the way. It's a shame, given the very high service prices. I would like to add that one of the assistants should be a very strong smoker, because you can see the smoke in your robe and the smell of the mouth can even be smelled as a patient by wearing a face mask at a € 110 mouth! I don't like it at all and an absolute “nogo” in this business, .. There are certainly better addresses in the Trumau area to be served friendly, competent and honest! They are definitely rid of me and my family as a patient. (I judge from a subjective point of view and in no way want to have a negative impact on business!)

Ich persönlich finde es auch toll, dass man dort immer über Kosten und Optionen genau aufgeklärt wird. Dr. Bieberhofer is a very friendly and good dentist. The practice is also very modern. I personally think it's great that you are always informed about costs and options.

Das gesamte Ordinationsteam hat sich mehr als nur hervorragend um meine Anliegen gekümmert und war sogar außerhalb der Ordinationszeiten erreichbar! Kurzum: perfekte und sehr ehrliche Er- bzw. Aufklärung der Situation, perfektes Ergebnis, Keine Schmerzen. Vielen Dank für alles und freundliche Grüße I was given Dr. Biberhofer recommended by my dentist because of the necessary bone augmentation and implant surgery, which he does not do himself. The entire ordination team did more than just take care of my concerns and was even available outside of the ordination times! Der Arzt und sein Team nehmen sich ausreichend Zeit, erklären die einzelnen Schritte einer Behandlung und sind sehr freundlich. Die Praxis selbst ist sehr modern. I have not received such excellent care in any other dental surgery as in Biberhofer. The doctor and his team take enough time to explain the individual steps of a treatment and are very friendly. The practice itself is very modern.

In der modern eingerichteten Praxis und dem netten Personal fühlten wir uns sofort sehr wohl. Herr Dr. Biberhofer hat beim Eingriff jeden Schritt genau erklärt und spielerisch begleitet. Man bemerkte sofort die hohe Professionalität und Routine beim Umgang mit Kindern. So hat meine Tochter nun ihren ersten Zahnarzteingriff ohne einer Spur von Angst oder Schmerzen hinter sich bringen können. So als wäre nichts gewesen! :) Ein Lob an das gesamte Team von Herrn Dr. Biberhofer und eine ganz klare Empfehlung von uns! My six-year-old daughter had a dark spot on her tooth and this was removed with a filling. We immediately felt very comfortable in the modern practice and the nice staff. Dr. During the procedure, Biberhofer explained every step in detail and accompanied it in a playful way. One immediately noticed the high level of professionalism and routine in dealing with children. So my daughter has now been able to get her first dental procedure over with without a trace of fear or pain. As if nothing happened! :) A compliment to the entire team of Dr. Biberhofer and a very clear recommendation from us!

Die Praxis ist sehr modern und man fühlt sich insgesamt sehr gut aufgehoben. Mundhygiene wurde von den ebenfalls sehr kompetenten Assistentinnen übernommen und war einwandfrei. Kann die Ordi nur weiterempfehlen. Dr Biberhofer is a very competent and extremely friendly dentist who takes time for transparent and good advice. The practice is very modern and overall you feel very well looked after. Oral hygiene was taken care of by the also very competent assistants and was impeccable. I can only recommend the Ordi.

Da für mich (als Erwachsene) eine herkömmliche Zahnspange nicht in Frage kam, habe ich mich nach ausführlicher Beratung für eine Invisalign Zahnregulierung (durchsichtige, flexible Schienen) entschieden. Zuerst wurden Zahnabdrücke angefertigt und beim nächsten Termin konnte ich anhand einer Computersimulation sehen, wie sich meine Zähne verschieben werden, bis ich dann mein Perfektes Lächeln bekommen werde. ? Fr. Dr. Richter hat sich viel Zeit genommen und mich genau aufgeklärt, sie ist auf alle meine Fragen genau eingegangen. Man merkt sofort, dass sie Profi auf ihren Gebiet als Kieferorthopädin ist. Das gesamte Team ist total nett und professionell. Ich hab mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt bei einem Zahnarzt! Die Ordination ist sehr schön und die Geräte auf dem neuesten Stand, alles hygienisch sauber. Alles TOP!! Ich trage mittlerweile meine Invisalign Schienen und sie sitzen perfekt, nichts drückt und niemand merkt, dass ich eine Zahnspange trage! ?? Also Fr. Dr. Richter und Hr. Dr. Biberhofer sind beide TOP Ärzte!! Auch die Assistentinnen sind alle voll lieb! Absolut empfehlenswerte Ordination! I'm with Ms. Dr. Judge in treatment for a dental adjustment. Since conventional braces were out of the question for me (as an adult), after extensive consultation, I decided on Invisalign tooth regulation (transparent, flexible splints). First, dental impressions were made and at the next appointment I was able to use a computer simulation to see how my teeth will shift until I get my perfect smile. ? Ms. Dr. Richter took a lot of time and gave me detailed information, she answered all of my questions in detail. You can tell immediately that she is a professional in her field as an orthodontist. The whole team is really nice and professional. I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist! The ordination is very nice and the equipment is state-of-the-art, everything is hygienically clean. Everything perfect!! I am now wearing my Invisalign splints and they fit perfectly, nothing presses and nobody notices that I am wearing braces! ?? So Ms. Dr. Richter and Mr. Dr. Biberhofer are both TOP doctors !! The assistants are all really nice too! Absolutely recommendable ordination!
D	Doris Hahnl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon wenn man reinkommt und eine der Mitarbeiterinnen - die alle sehr freundlich und warmherzig sind - begrüßt einen, fühlt man sich schon besser. Denn der Grund warum man zum Zahnarzt geht, ist (meist) nicht so ein angenehmer. Aber hier ist wirklich vieles im positiven Sinne anders. Auch Dr. Biberhofer hat mich als Schmerzpatient ernst genommen und mich professionellst behandelt. Seinem Können und seiner Genauigkeit verdanke ich eine Heilung einer Kiefereiterung und ich bin sehr froh auf meinen Sohn und meine Schwester gehört zu haben. Ich bin dank ihm schmerzfrei und happy und er hat einen Fan mehr! Ich habe Fragen gestellt und mir kommt vor, er ist ein sehr gewissenhafter junger und trotzdem erfahrener Arzt, der nicht stehenbleibt, sondern sich trotz seiner Kompetenz immer am wissensaktuellen Stand befindet. As soon as you walk in and one of the employees - who are all very friendly and warm-hearted - greets you, you feel better. Because the reason why you go to the dentist is (mostly) not a pleasant one. But here a lot is really different in a positive sense. Dr. Biberhofer took me seriously as a pain patient and treated me very professionally. Thanks to his skill and accuracy, I have cured a ulceration of my jaw and I am very happy to have listened to my son and sister. Thanks to him I am free of pain and happy and he has one more fan! I asked questions and it seems to me that he is a very conscientious young and yet experienced doctor who does not stand still, but who, despite his competence, is always up to date with the latest knowledge.
