That is infinite from the secretary, I called 23 times and nobody picked up this phone. I was sick and they picked me up 3 days later. It is a bad unfriendly secretary ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten aber das kommt davon das sich Fr. Dr.Promintzer Zeit nimmt für ihre Patienten. Menschlich, einfühlsam, hört zu und geht auf die Probleme ein, fertigt nicht ab sondern ist lösungsorientiert. Ordinationsassistenten manchmal überfordert und dennoch hilfsbereit. Bin schon ca. 7-8 Jahre bei ihr. Wohne entzweilen in einem anderen Bezirk, und nehme den Weg und die Wartezeit in Kauf. Beste Hausärztin in Wien.
Long waiting times, but that comes from the fact that Ms. Promintzer takes time for her patients. Human, empathetic, listens and deals with problems, does not deal with things, but is solution-oriented. Ordination assistants sometimes overwhelmed and still helpful. I've been with her for about 7-8 years. Live in a different district and accept the walk and the waiting time. Best family doctor in Vienna.
