★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen Termin für meinen 10 jährigen Sohn der in letzter Zeit immer wieder über Schmerzen im Fuß klagt. Die Damen am Telefon (mehr oder weniger freundlich) fragte zuerst ob wir schon einmal dort waren und woher wir kommen. Wir sind Neupatienten kommen aus Hartberg.
Sie meinte sie hat bis Oktober keinen Termin mehr frei und wollte mir auch für später keinen geben! Sie meinte solang es nicht akut ist ....naja sie hat ja nicht einmal gefragt ob ich so lange warten möchte und im Oktober einen Termin vereinbaren möchte! Hatte den Eindruck sie wollen gar keine (Neu) Patienten. Hat mir auch gleich Orthopäden in oberwart und fürstenfeld aufgezählt! Als Kassenpatient nehme ich Wartezeiten ja in kauf ...aber das ich erst gar keine Termin vereinbaren darf ist schon sehr merkwürdig?
Wanted an appointment for my 10-year-old son, who has been complaining of pain in the foot lately. The ladies on the phone (more or less friendly) first asked if we were there before and where we came from. We are new patients come from Hartberg.
She said she has no date until October and did not want to give me one for later! She said as long as it is not acute .... well she has not even asked if I would like to wait so long and in October to make an appointment! Had the impression they do not want any (new) patients. Also listed me as orthopedist in oberwart and Fürstenfeld! As a cash-patient, I take waits yes in buying ... but that I have to arrange any date is already very strange?
