No consultants on the whole floor that's a cheek. They didn't even bother. Man complained. It was said that he went to refuel during work time. Where are we there !!!!! The shop never sees me again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute in der Filiale in Hartberg, vor 2 Wochen habe ich dort einen schönen Esszimmersessel entdeckt. Heute wollte ich die sechs Sessel abholen.
Dann bekam ich einen Schreck, vor 2 Wochen kosteten die Sessel 169 € heute 199 €
Ich finde sowas eine Frechheit.
Ich habe der Verkäuferin das Foto gezeigt, eindeutig der selbe Sessel (damals nicht vergünstigt) ... dann kam die Antwort, Sie können die Sessel um 179 € mitnehmen.
Tut mir leid aber das ist nicht in Ordnung.
Sie haben mich als Kunde verloren.
I was in the branch in Hartberg today, 2 weeks ago I discovered a beautiful dining room chair there. Today I wanted to pick up the six armchairs.
Then I got a shock, 2 weeks ago the armchairs cost 169 € today 199 €
I find that kind of cheeky.
I showed the photo to the seller, clearly the same armchair (not discounted at the time) ... then the answer came, you can take the armchairs with you for €179.
I'm sorry but that's not okay.
You lost me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr schöne und ordentliche Filiale. Komme immer wieder gerne vorbei,gute Angebote. Auch sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hatte eine Reklamation bei einem Staubsauger, wurde von der freundlichen Dame prompt erledigt.
A very nice and tidy branch. Always a pleasure to come by, good offers. Also very nice and friendly staff. Had a complaint about a vacuum cleaner, was promptly dealt with by the friendly lady.
