T	Theresa S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war eine Vertretung dort. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass man verständigt wird. Außerdem war die Untersuchung alles andere als genau. In 2 Minuten war die Muttermaluntersuchung vorbei. Einige Stellen wurden garnicht untersucht. Alles in Allem hinterließen alle Beteiligten eher einen mäßigen Eindruck. Ich werde mir einen anderen Hautarzt suchen! Unfortunately there was a representation there. I would have liked to have been notified. Besides, the investigation was far from accurate. The birthmark examination was over in 2 minutes. Some places were not examined at all. All in all, everyone involved made a rather mediocre impression. I will find another dermatologist!

Ich mache mir aber immer gerne selbst ein Bild. Ich hatte einen Termin um 12 Uhr und bin 10 Min später bereits zur Frau Doktor rein. Ich hatte eine Überweisung vom Hausarzt wegen eines Muttermals. Sie hat aber den ganzen Körper ab geleuchtet. Sie war sehr nett und hat mir auch alles erklärt. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war auch sehr freundlich, auch schon am Telefon bei der Terminvergabe. Resümee: ich war sehr zufrieden!!!! Leider bewerten meist nur Patienten und Kunden die nicht zufrieden waren - weiss ich aus eigener Erfahrung - aber man sollte auch positives bewerten!!! Based on the last three 1 star reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit. But I always like to make up my own mind. I had an appointment at noon and 10 minutes later I went to see the doctor. I had a referral from my family doctor about a mole. But it has illuminated the whole body. She was very nice and also explained everything to me. The office hours help was also very friendly, even on the phone when making appointments. Summary: I was very satisfied !!!! Unfortunately, mostly only patients and customers rate who were not satisfied - I know from my own experience - but you should also rate positive things!

Ständig das Telefon klingeln, die Menschen vor einem ( die auch gerade nicht freundlich sind, weil vermutlich Schmerzen, oder Stress, wegen der Maske oder was auch immer) Ich möchte diesen Job nicht um viel Geld Lady's nur weiter so Sehr empfehlenswert ? I have never been "served" and treated in such uncomplicated, competent, quick and friendly manner as with Team Dr. Ettlinger you should understand the women and empathize with their work. The phone is constantly ringing, the people in front of you (who too are not friendly at the moment, probably because of pain, or stress, because of the mask or whatever) I don't want this job for a lot of money Lady's just keep it up Highly recommended ?

Es gibt keinen Grund warum man nicht 5 Sterne geben sollte... Despite the big crowd (first day after Christmas time) only 10 minutes waiting time. And carefully done the skin contamination. There is no reason not to give 5 stars ...

Man fühlt sich sehr kompetent beraten und behandelt! Die beste Adresse wenn man in der Umgebung einen Hautarzt braucht! I was with Dr. Ettlinger! A very nice team, from the reception to the assistants to Dr. self! You feel very competently advised and treated! The best address if you need a dermatologist in the area!

Die Wartezeit an sich war garnicht so schlimm, schlimmer fand ich, dass die 3 Ordinationsassistentinnen in diesen 40 Minuten nichts anderes als Lästern im Sinn hatten. Dabei war es egal, ob es um die andere Kollegin ging, den Vertretungsarzt oder um eine Patientin ging, die schon die Praxis verlassen hat. Ich empfand es als sehr unangenehm und unprofessionell. Der eine Stern ist für den Vertretungsarzt, der sich für mich Zeit nahm und sehr nett schien. Had an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes. The waiting time itself wasn't that bad, I found it worse that the 3 ordination assistants had nothing else in mind than blasphemy in these 40 minutes. It didn't matter whether it was about the other colleague, the substitute doctor or a patient who has already left the practice. I found it very uncomfortable and unprofessional. One star is for the substitute doctor, who took time for me and seemed very nice.
