Die Vorsorgeuntersuchung wird sehr gründlich und sorgsam durchgeführt und auch das Blutbild positionsweise erklärt. Sehr kinderfreundlich! Sehr zu empfehlen! LG PS Great practice! J	Jens Gorke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr direkte, etwas überhebliche Art. Nix neues bei Ärzten, aber die ehrliche Art in Kombination mit ihrer sehr hohen Kompetenz ist schon viel wert! Man darf halt nicht zimperlich sein und muss hartnäckig nachfragen, dann erklärt sie einem auch mal was genauer. Nur die Sprechstundenhilfen sind wirklich unangenehm unfreundlich - deswegen nur 3 Sterne! Die geben einen wie vor 30 Jahren, noch immer das Gefühl minderer Bittsteller zu sein. Obwohl die meisten modernen Ärzte schon kapiert haben, das sie eigentlich Dienstleister sind und sich eigentlich um bestmöglichen Kunden(Patienten)service bemühen sollten. Und leider keinerlei online Services. Very direct, somewhat arrogant manner. Nothing new with doctors, but the honest manner in combination with their very high level of competence is worth a lot! You just can't be squeamish and you have to persistently ask, then she'll explain something to you in more detail. Only the office hours aids are really uncomfortably unfriendly - that's why only 3 stars! Like 30 years ago, they still give you the feeling of being less of a supplicant. Although most modern doctors have already understood that they are actually service providers and should actually strive for the best possible customer (patient) service. And unfortunately no online services.

In der Praxis zählt der Mensch als Mensch und nicht als Nummer. Frau Dr. Merz und ihr Team nehmen sich Zeit und hören zu. Aus medizinischen Gründen bin ich nicht gegen das Corona Virus geimpft, trotzdem hilft mir Frau Dr. Merz und ihr Team jederzeit bestmöglich weiter ich werde nicht als Mensch zweiter Klasse behandelt sonder mir wird genauso gut geholfen wie jedem anderen auch. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar da dies heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist! Danke an dieser Stelle! Ich bin froh eine so tolle Hausarztpraxis ganz in meiner Nähe zu haben. I always get the best possible help there. In practice, people count as people and not as numbers. Miss Dr. Merz and her team take their time and listen. For medical reasons I am not vaccinated against the corona virus, but Dr. Merz and her team continue as best as possible I am not treated as a second-class person, I am helped just as well as everyone else. I am very grateful for that, as this is no longer a matter of course today! Thanks at this point! I'm lucky to have such a great doctor's office near me. All the best to you and your team.
