★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bis heute ca. 25 Jahre lang treuer Kunde dieser lieben Apotheke und bis dato auch sehr zufrieden.
Die Angestellten waren stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Anrufservice (wenn die Produkte abholbereit waren) ist außergewöhnlich, die Bestellzeit sehr schnell.
Heute wollte ich jedoch einen Fehlkauf (2 Wochen altes Produkt, Orginalverpackt und mit Etikett der Apotheke Hinterbrühl) umtauschen und mit einem neuen Einkauf gegenverrechnen lassen.
Frau Mag. Z. erklärte mir, dass das ohne Rechnung nicht möglich sei (aufgrund des Etikett konnte dieser Artikel nur in dieser Apotheke erworben worden sein!), belächelte meinen "unverschämten" Wunsch nur und meinte, dass man beim Billa auch keine Waren ohne Rechnung einfach so zurück geben könne. Meine Erfahrung damit hat mich jedoch anderes gelehrt.
Als Stammkunde ärgert mich das! Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sieht anders aus!
Möglicherweise hätte eine andere Angestellte die Sache besser (oder zumindest höflicher) klären können und es lag nur an der Person.
Ich werde diese Apotheke in Zukunft jedenfalls meiden und gehe lieber dorthin wo die Kunden besser behandelt werden.
For about 25 years I have been a loyal customer of this dear pharmacy and up to now very satisfied.
The staff were always very friendly and accommodating, the call service (if the products were ready to pick up) is exceptional, the ordering time is very fast.
Today, however, I wanted to exchange a bad buy (2 weeks old product, Orginalverpackt and with label of the pharmacy Hinterbrühl) and offset against a new purchase.
Mrs. Mag. Z. explained to me that this would not be possible without a bill (because of the label, this article could only have been purchased in this pharmacy!), Smiled at my "outrageous" wish only and said that at Billa also no goods without Bill could just give back. My experience with it, however, has taught me something else.
As a regular customer, that annoys me! Customer and solution orientation looks different!
Maybe another employee could have better (or at least polite) clarified the matter and it was only up to the person.
In any case, I will avoid this pharmacy in the future and would rather go there where the customers are better treated.
