Ein Immobilienbüro benötigt man hoffentlich nicht allzu oft. Und falls doch: Dann am besten dieses. Highly recommended office with personal, relaxed and very friendly care. I always felt well advised and in good hands. Hopefully you don't need a real estate office too often. And if it does, it's best to do this.

Die Agentur ist nicht nur daran interessiert die Vermieter glücklich zu stimmen, sondern kümmert sich auch um die Anliegen der Mieter. Das war bei unserer langen und intensiven Wohnungssuche etwas sehr Seltenes! Nachdem wir bereits in der engeren Auswahl für eines der Mietobjekte waren und daraus leider doch nichts wurde, machte uns der Makler auf andere Objekte aufmerksam, die uns vielleicht interessieren könnten und wir bekamen einen Besichtigungstermin. Diese Wohnung entsprach noch viel mehr unseren Vorstellungen und wir waren froh, die erste nicht bekommen zu haben. Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrags war schnell und unkompliziert. Auch noch nach der Abwicklung des Vertrags wurde uns angeboten, dass die Agentur als Vermittler agiert, sollte es Probleme mit der Hausverwaltung geben. Preis Leistung der Mietobjekte stimmt, sehr freundlicher und kompetente Makler! Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden! We can absolutely recommend the real estate agency Peter Wuk GesmbH. The agency is not only interested in making the landlords happy, but also takes care of the tenants' concerns. That was something very rare in our long and intensive search for an apartment! After we were already shortlisted for one of the rental properties and unfortunately nothing came of it, the broker drew our attention to other properties that might interest us and we were given an appointment to view the property. This apartment met our expectations even more and we were glad we didn't get the first one. The processing of the lease was quick and straightforward. Even after the contract had been processed, we were offered the option of the agency acting as an intermediary should there be problems with the property management. Price performance of the rental properties is right, very friendly and competent broker! We were and are very satisfied!

Der Makler schien wirklich bemüht, uns über unsere Rechte und Pflichten aufzuklären. Bei anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Strom-Gas-Versorgung war der Makler sofort unterstützend zur Stelle und konnte das Problem rasch beheben. Das Büro scheint auch nach Abschluss des Vertrags weiterhin eine vermittelnde Rolle zwischen Hausverwaltung und Mieter einzunehmen und Unterstützung zu bieten. Alles in allem, eine wirklich positive Erfahrung! This office comes highly recommended. The advice was extremely competent and professional. The agent seemed really keen to explain our rights and obligations to us. If there were initial difficulties with the electricity and gas supply, the broker was immediately on the spot and was able to resolve the problem quickly.
